Items never received

Items never received. Ordered last December. Still get emails from this company offering ‘deals’ etc. Absolutely scam.

Awful company - unnecessarily damaged my credit due to constantly claiming I hadn’t made payments when I had (and I had to send them proof via receipts). The chat function is always unavailable and phoning is useless. I explained to them how their company had affected my physical and mental health from the stress and was not listened to. Had fees added on due to ‘missed payments’ that didn’t exist. Communication is atrocious. Avoid.
