Scammers do not buy !! Ordered over a month ago a £80 order. All I’ve had is replies from an AI (Ella) via there support email linked on there page lies after lies no order sent out. Scammers do not buy !!

Absolute scam. Order never arrived. I’ve been in contact several times with “Ella”. Each time she said the order was mislabelled and lost. How many times can Royal Mail mess up?

It’s never going to come. Don’t waste your money.

Scum, subhuman scum. Don’t use them, they are thieves. I have the emails. Will be perusing my refund through legal routes.

Placed order for delivery, took payment without issue but 3 weeks later no product delivery.

Copy and pasted replies from customer service that read like AI generated responses with promises of the issue being sent to the owner directly with no responses received

This is a scam website.

Note that all the reviews on the website show as coming from Trust pilot but are clearly fake as you will see by reading the reviews on here

There is no refund for non delivered orders, even littlebiggy offers refunds for missing deliveries !

Do not waste your time - use littlebiggy or go down medical route for genuine service from genuine service providers

Really bad, unprofessional, taken over £290 from me over 2 orders with no product delivered at all. Bad at replying. Thieves

I've ordered lots of time and never had a problem up until my last 2 orders 😞 I ordered 2 vapes. They never turned up. I then order 2 different types of weed they never turned up either, leaving me without a smoke 😞. Like I say no problem up until now which is so unfortunate

Awful, still waiting on an order placed last year. I have a suspicion that support will once again go silent. Despite still not fulfilling my order they continually send out promotional emails.

Recent reviews that are 5 star are very suspicious. Do not order from here.

It's a Scam, I am not using this company ever again. Even though I ordered from them a while ago and my order was delivered, it took them weeks for it to arrive. I kept getting offers from them and support contacted me saying they have improved as a company so I gave it one more try ordering from them but it's now been nearly two weeks and nothing has arrived. I have contacted support several times asking what's happened with my order and I just kept getting a response saying it's sitting and they are behind on orders. Well that's not good enough, they function very poorly and it seems they are just a scam so I'm never going to order from this company again. Best to look elsewhere.

I've ordered from here a few times. Most arrived the next day. Only 1 took a little longer. Royal mail were having issues. I've experienced delays from different buisness aswell.
The customer support was fantastic tbh. Always replied promptly and sorted the slow one out for me.
The product is always 10/10. The prices are crazy everywhere these days and they often send out discount codes which I've used .
Whilst enjoying my purchase and making the next one i accidentally bank transferred twice. Contacted support, who had a look and sent 1 straighy back with no fuss what so ever. Always found it to be a professionally run buisness

I have ordered 3 times and only received the first order, once I transferred the money I heard nothing from them, I keep getting texts everyday say 30% off your next order, it's become a massive scam, I think they have sold everyone's information to scammers, beware.

I’ve known of this site for a few years, and throughout those years there’s very little to complain about. Sometimes an order will take a little longer to arrive, but I’ve always received everything I’ve ordered. Support is communicative and generous, the products themselves are worth the wait

And the woman in customer services Elle is the biggest liar of all.
They've acknowledged that I made a payment last July but despite many emails & even talking with Elle still nothing has arrived. They tried the 'empty' tracking number trick,but I checked with RM & no goods ever loaded against it.Aso they promised to sort out discount on a past order & haven't. They are now a load of scammers.

No longer sending items they just take your money now and Ella or Ali will just say waseem is deeling with it day after day, but you wont get a delivery.

Seen a lot of bad reviews recently but my experience was really good. Took a little while to turn up but Ella really went the extra mile to reassure me and provide constant updates via email. Would definitely order again.

Honestly people stay well away from this place! They’ve had the same stock for months and months and nothing ever new or out of stock so it’s fairly obvious it’s a scam!

So I got an email saying they were running a 30% off promo and bit the bullet and decided to order. Even after seeing the MANY recent negative reviews i became naive and still decided to order with them again.

Payment was confirmed extremely fast (Of course) but after that i received no comms and after waiting *3 days* for an order update i emailed customer support
I got a response from "Ella" stating my order wasn't shipped and is still in the dispatch que and that delivery labels are being created tonight and will go out with this weeks dispatches.

Waited another *2 days* and obviously I did not receive any updates on the shipping status or tracking so I contacted support again and was magically given a tracking number and was told that royal mail haven't scanned it in yet.

I was sent an email a day after stating that my order will be given to royal mail the next day and was given a coupon for free shipping for my next order. And with no shock the next day arrived and no order updates again from royal mail.

I decided to give it another day since royal mail does have a tendency of scanning parcel late but the package hasn't even reached the first delivery station yet.
