Do not use this company. They picked up 3 carpets and returned 2. They lied and said the 3rd carpets needed extra time to dry. Eventually they confessed they had ruined the carpet. They promised they were going to find a way to make things right. That was almost two months ago. They also refused to provide their identifying information for the Book of Complaints which is illegal in Portugal.
