The engineer was friendly, knew what he was doing and showed me how to troubleshoot the errors if this happened again. And explained to take a video of any issue to help with any incidents.

I called on Monday and an engineer was booked for Wednesday. I was given a 3 hour window the day before which was good. Kemoye, the engineer arrived within the allotted time. It didn’t take him long to find the issue. He proceeded to fix it and checked oven was working before leaving. I was very happy with his service. He was professional and courteous and also easy to talk to

Great experience today from Kyle 9261. Explained the fault with the microwave and fixed it straight away, made sure everything was nice and tidy afterwards. Would recommend.

Great communication before arrival from the technician Chris who was quick to identify and solve our cooker issue

Bought a Hisense Fridge with an extended 5-year warranty via Pacifica, and paid Pacifica for a warranty beyond that. The icemaker stopped working and so logged on using the details provided when I registered the appliance and booked an appointment. Got a voice message a few hours before the appointment from Pacifica to say they'd cancelled and i need to log it through Hisense, who could then in turn log it to them.....most jobsworth reason ever for not dealing with something while acknowledging I have a valid warranty! Tried to call Hisense, who never answer, and even if they do you get someone god knows where line is terrible and the person who cannot speak English and just puts the phone down. I tried to log it via the Hisense website but takes you back to Pacifica, who are now refusing to allow me to log repairs insisting a call the never answer line.... Clearly a tactic between the pair of them to avoid doing repairs...avoid!!!

Had a great service provided by Kyle9261. He made a home visit to look at my AEG wine cooler that was making a loud terrible vibrating noise. He resolved the problem, provided new parts and fingers crossed the issue is fixed. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and gave me
confidence that the problem would be sorted. It’s nice to have a tradesman that is so approachable and passionate about his work. Credit to the company he works for. Thank you Kyle.
