I like the product, but the price is a little too high.

None of the benefits that they claimed would happen happened. Gave it a full year and nothing. Tried to cancel and it didn't cancel, apparently it just skipped a shipment. When I asked about a refund they told me to wait for it to actually ship and recieve it, then pay for shipping with tracking to send it back to them. And then they would review my refund request
