We’re sorry this experience left you feeling confused about what was active on your account, and we’re especially sorry to hear about the physical symptoms you experienced.

We do want to clarify how subscriptions are communicated. When a Hormify supplement subscription is selected at checkout, the subscription is disclosed in the initial order confirmation email and again in subsequent tracking communications. Before an upcoming renewal, a reminder email is also sent with the billing information and a link to the self-service portal where the subscription can be viewed and managed.

The Wellness Challenge is a separate digital subscription from the supplement subscription. During its trial period, reminder emails are sent before it becomes a paid plan, giving customers the opportunity to cancel the trial or continue with the paid membership. Because these are two separate subscriptions, canceling the Wellness Challenge does not automatically cancel a Hormify supplement subscription, and vice versa. We understand how frustrating that distinction can be if you believed your request had canceled everything.

Regarding the spotting and cramping you described, please discontinue the product and speak with your healthcare professional, particularly if those symptoms continue or worsen.

We’re sorry Hormify didn’t give you the results you were hoping for, and we understand how much more frustrating that becomes when there are billing concerns as well.

If you received confirmation that your subscription had been canceled and were then charged again afterward, that needs to be reviewed carefully. Hormify supplement subscriptions and the Wellness Challenge digital plan are separate, so it’s also important for us to check whether more than one recurring plan was active on the account.

For supplement subscriptions, the recurring status is disclosed in the original order confirmation, tracking communications, and a pre-billing reminder before the next charge, which also includes access to the self-service subscription portal. Trial reminders are likewise sent for the Wellness Challenge before it moves into a paid plan.

Hormify customer support is handled by email so there is a written record of cancellation and billing requests. Please send the cancellation confirmation and details of the latest charge to:

We’re sorry Hormify made you feel unwell. Nausea and vomiting are understandably unpleasant, and if you believe the product caused those symptoms, please stop taking it and speak with your healthcare professional if they continue or you have any concerns.
