The consultant was diligent polite and professional

Hannah was really supportive in helping us to find the right Care Home for my mother in law. At first I was a little guarded thinking no one is going to give free advice but I was wrong. The Care Home we eventually chose I would not have looked at thinking it was out of our affordability however I was wrong. Hannah arranged an appointment for the same day I first spoke to her. We had a little wobble when my mum in law decided that she wanted to stay in her home but Hannah wasn't upset by that. A few weeks on it was decided a Care Home was the right choice and my mum in law moved in and she's now 4 weeks in and very settled and beautifully cared for. My friend recommended Senior Home Plus to us and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them too, their experience and expertise, fees knowledge is so helpful. Thank you Hannah.

The Agent for the company is Called Nathan.
To date he has contacted me on a regular bases with the latest Potential available properties.
He has put himself out to help in any way he can.

I made an inquiry last year in November and I have been bombarded with calls and emails ever since even though I have told the caller several times I no longer need a care home for my father-in-law. I’ve told them I don’t want to go into detail and it’s very sensitive and to not contact me again and to remove my information but each time they call me from a different number.
I would definitely not recommend to anybody I know to use this company.

I can only say that Sonia Thomas was the most caring and helpful person re my query about a residential home for my friend . I felt that there was no length to which Sonia would not go to assist ,re my query. In fact I have had several emails from residential homes, all offering accomodation. However Pauline has decided to remain in her own home for now, realising it is such a big step.My comfort is to know that you are there and I can contact you again should the need arise. I have never asked for this company to call me, my number was given by Lottie, also to all the care homes in my area. I have been called for 4 months now continuously every other day, from various mobile numbers, with their name attached. I have asked them not to call me anymore time and time again and they take no notice. I have given them the information they need to leave me alone and they won't. I am sick to death of these people, its like a persistent salesman. My dad is VERY sick and they are just harassing me. I wish they would take me off of their call list. I've blocked by they keep coming back with a new mobile number. Don't get involved with these people if you can help it, they obviously gain something from you or they would take the hint.

Terrible company. They bombard you with phone calls and pester you daily, despite being repeatedly told that their services are not required. They made what is already a stressful period 100 times worse!!

Lily was extremely helpful and I felt able to speak with her freely. Her advice was priceless -great service

make possible what Portsmouth City Council and 2 social workers didn't manage in 8 months.

Which was to find a nursing home that would take both my parents for 8 weeks, whilst work is done on the house, to make it wheelchair accessible for mum and get a single bed downstairs for dad.
