I have been working with Bridie and have found her to be understanding, professional and very helpful so far.
Although I have not yet found a suitable home for my family member yet, she has given some very useful information and a good description of the homes on offer. I found Bridie listened to my situation and needs.

Staff were helpful on email and on the phone - patient in answering multiple questions, and thorough in explaining detail and procedures.

Was a helpful conversation with a lady called Klara. She was clear in the information she talked about on the phone and followed up on email with details as she said she would, which is much appreciated. Because she asked about and listened to what we already knew about, it was helpful that she focused on what we were not aware of and actually answered the specific questions we had for our situation. It’s good to know we can reach back out to them if needed.

We had a very good visit to the Barchester Healthcare Lotus Manor. The staff were excellent, the home was well laid out and in a pristine condition. The service offered and the location were ideal for what may become our needs. Our relative would be well cared for if becomes necessary to go down the care home route.
