This is my second time ordering from NextGenPeps, and they haven't let me down. Their BPC-157 arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. I really appreciate a company that takes shipping speed and product integrity seriously. Exceptional service all around

I worked as an affiliate with this company and generated over $4,000 in sales within about a month. Then one day, they cancelled my account, claiming I had violated their TOS.

I contacted them to dispute this, but they failed to provide any proof that I had actually broken their terms. I also asked them to at least pay out my earned commission. They stopped responding entirely.

One thing I noticed during our exchanges was their poor English and unprofessional tone, even though I kept my communication fully professional. It was clear they had no intention of paying my commission.

So I ask you, the reader of this review. If you found out that Amazon or any other vendor used scam tactics against its own partners, would you trust the quality of their products?

These people operate with a scam mindset. Why would you expect them to care about product quality?

Trust me, they will not.

I live in a U.S. territory and placed an order and paid through Venmo on April 23rd after carefully reading their shipping policy. A month went by without any updates so I inquired through their chat box first on 19 May 26 only to be told they cannot ship internationally and to provide a domestic U.S. address for fulfillment. I then decided to contact support@nextgenpeps com for clarification. I was told it’s “some” U.S. (There is still no disclaimer disclosing that as of 31May26) I gave this review a two star because they did respond very quickly to offer a full refund. Unfortunately six days goes by and there’s no response of acknowledgement so I again inquired again through the sites chat box and support@nextgenpeps com to be told to provide my Venmo username and that a refund ‘should’ be issued the next day. That was on 25 May and I still have not received a refund as stated. Conveniently I am not able to contact the person through Venmo to request the refund. So long story short, I can give credit to their response time which was fine. If you are in a U.S. territory I would be careful because your payment for an order will still go through but your chances of receiving a refund due to their mistake is next to 0. So all in all I’m just disappointed at the lack of follow up and what came across as an “empty promise”.

SCAM site, beware, they steal the money through Venmo.

My expectations for this business were significantly. Non delivered items after the promised delivery date and zero customer service to communicate with from a real person, only a bot that picks up your request on the website. All factor into a poor overall experience. Payment options are completely untrustworthy.

First couple of orders were ok with BPC 157 and Tessa. Then their site keeps crashing and common product their out of for like 2 months. When you contact them, this Josh has quite the attitude when you contact him. Recently barks back waiting is what happens for quality product. Well my other suppliers aren't having issues and honestly Ive ordered their sermorlin and reta20 and it doesn't work. When I went back to my old supplier and paid an extra $10-15 theirs did work. So there are quality concerns as well. Doesn't do any good to save a few bucks to find out your buying crap. Not a reliable company.

Also these 5 star reviews where the author only has 1-2 total reviews under their name are more than likely paid for or bots to try and boost ratings.

okay so i had an issue with my order and it was very frustrating, but the owner made it right

then it arrived and was the wrong order and a completely different item. i complained and they sent me another order...and it did not reconstitute properly... so i didnt end up getting to use anything. im just not going to buy from here.. ugh

Incredible customer support had payment issues and Charles from support responded right away and solved my issue in less than 5 mins incredible

I ordered, I had use some ridiculous 3rd party, which messed up my order, but customer service was all over it. I never got an email with tracking, but I was kept posted throughout and received the order normally.

I unfortunately made some mistakes when sending the payment via crypto (usdt), but Optic from support was able to find the payment and then apply it towards a new order. I was a little worried at the time that maybe the money was lost, but support found it and applied it to the order. Thank you for all your help! It took a few days to get resolved, but I am glad I'll get my order soon!

Customer service is amazing and products are fire

Horrible customer service. They define customer service as “ go find it yourself”. And no accountability for the horrible customer service. I asked a question about their product they told me to go read their website. When I said I could not find it on their website, they responded that it's there, go find it. Seriously? If they act that way before you buy...I highly DO NOT recommend this company

This site is a scam. Don’t trust the reviews. Ordered a product that never arrived and got the runaround for about a month. The only customer service available is a bot on there website. By phone no one ever answers. I never got a response to emails either. I finally got in touch with someone who said they were issuing a refund and surprise surprise I never got a refund. Save your money and stay far far away from this company
