There was multiple reviews here that customers credit cards received fraudulent charges in July 2026 after purchases and now they are all missing. Came here to report that after my purchase in beginning of July two weeks later a $600 Fraudulent charge appeared on my cc. I have been in contact with 4 other people who experienced the same thing.

Ion was the 1st company I got my research material through. They were always fast and reliable.
My cc and debit card was compromised back in February through them. My cc issue was resolved through cc company but my debit card hasn't been yet.
I continued to use them spending money every month. Then the 4th of July sale.
I spent $300 and it was supposed to be 2 day shipping.
My first tracking ticket was canceled by ion and another issued. Days passed and I looked on the FedEx site my package was stuck still in Georgia.
I contacted ion about the items sitting in over 100° weather b12 ,lipoc , ghk kpv snap 8 anyway they said its okay basically didn't care. (b12 and lipo c are sensitive to heat) I continued with ion because of the fast shipping but now it seems like they aren't concerned about quality of the products once received.
I ordered on July 3rd and received all my stuff July 13th hot jars of liquid im afraid to use now. Safe handling and use is #1 in this space. There's no room for guessing thats why I don't do overseas.

Well I am seeing a lot of mixed reviews and I believe people are not reconstituteing their peptides correctly and do not know how to mix them properly. As far as the credit card fraud. I have not experienced that yet and hopefully I don't. But the products I have ordered and used, worked. I do think they should provide some tutorials on how to reconstitute peptides with their products so people can experience the full benefits.

WHEN THEY HAVE A SALE, THEY GET OVERLOADED AND THERE SYSTEM IS GLITCHY. THEY DROPPED MY ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS USELESS AND REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THEY HAD TO KNOW THAT THEIR SYSTEM GOT SHUT DOWN AND THAT I WAS NOT LYING ABOUT PLACING THE ORDER. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
THEY CLAIMED I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN AS I DIDN'T GET AN EMAIL BUT AGAIN, SINCE THEIR SYSTEM WAS OVERLOADED I DIDN'T THINK A THING ABOUT IT. IT WAS SUCH AN EASY FIX. BUT SUCH A USELESS DUMB CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON.

I've ordered from this company multiple times now, and I honestly can't say enough good things about them. The products have always been top quality, the pricing is some of the best I've found, and the customer service is outstanding. They're quick to answer questions, orders ship fast, and everything has always arrived exactly as expected.

After trying several different sources, this has become my go-to. I ordered from ion in April and may then my card was hacked for almost $3500.00 not worth the trouble I only used it to order there. Not worth all the trouble of canceling card getting new one I will order from else where

I will not use ion anymore, as several others have mentioned credit card fraud. Ion was the last purchase I made on my credit card and several weeks after doing so I have fraudulent charges appearing on this card that was not used anywhere else. Ion needs to address this issue.

Bought 3 vials of Reta. They didn’t work. 20 units the first second and third day. Felt nothing…. Same dose from simple pep would have hospitalized me. Idk wtf they are selling.

Im a new researcher on ratatouille. I purchased 2 vials and will be sending one off to testing, Im hoping their quality is good. warning to the people wanting to order from ION - you will get hit with over $1000 of Fees that are supposedly "Refundable". I paid each fee and as soon as I do they ask for another fee. This seems to be one big SCAM - order at your own risk!!!!!

Product was high quality. Deliveries are prompt. Even had an issue where the delivery driver left my product in an unprotected location and dogs destroyed it before i got home from work. It was not the fault of ionpeptide. In fact when I contacted them, without charge they quickly rushed me a replacement with more specific delivery driver instructions. Great service.
