Orivelle 

Ich habe bei Orivelle 3 Stifte im Januar bestellt. Und 6 Stück bekommen. Habe die Reklamiert und zurück geschickt. Nach ca 20 Mails hin und her keine Rückzahlung bekommen.
Davon abgesehen benutze ich den Stift für 1 Zehennagel ab Januar 2x täglich.
Kein sichtbarer Erfolg alles nur Geld ausgeben für nichts.

total scammers the product does not work but even worse than that this company keeps taking money out your account & there's no apparent way to stop them i'm on the phone to my bank now

The checkout webpages for hard to read and really confusing, and it ends up ading things to your basket without your knowledge when finally arrive at the page to press Pay after multiple pages of confusion!!! It showed me undre 20£ when I clicked add to basket, but I ended up paying over 60 oounds for 6 pens where I only wanted to buy 2-3!!!! I contacted them immediately and they said they shipped withing minutes of placing the order!!! We know this is not right! So ended up having less than half the refund and kept all the 6 pens!

But 3 months later, they automatically charged me 59 pounds for another round of orders which I did not palce!! They put me on a subcription without my knowledge!!! I was very angry and I got my full refund after sending them back all 6 pens eventually! Becareful when you click buy from them!

The pens did not solve my fungus issue, and I think the reason it did not work is ntohing to do with the pens. Poor anil circulation maybe from arthritis or poor immune system, high blood sugar can all contribute the nail fungus!

Terrible company, I've been emailing back and forth to cancel my subscription (I didn't find the pens work) and so far have exchanged NINE emails with their customer service.

Total scam company. Stay away. continue to bill even if you don't order. once they have your details they keep charging. This company is unhelpful untrustworthy uncontactable non responsive overcharging selling false products and service and scammers of the worst kind. How they are allowed to operate online amazes me. SCAMMERS of the first and worst degree. Promises to cancel and refund not honored, extremely unhelpful, links to site DON'T WORK just STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN.

8 Stifte per Sonderangebot bestellt plus Geschenk....6 in der Bestellung aufgetaucht. Klarna angeboten zum zahlen ging nicht. MasterCard angeblich gesperrt Visa ging....letzte Mal bestellt es ist Verarschung!!!

Man hat ja angeblich ein 30tägiges Rückgaberecht. Da die Rücksendekosten von mir zu tragen sind, wollte ich klären, wohin man das Produkt dann zurück schicken muss. Trotz x-fachem Nachhaken bekomme ich keine Antwort auf meine Emails, die diese Frage beantworten. Scheinen betrügen zu wollen.

Agree with other people I ordered 2 get one free and I cancelled the subscription but they still sent the item. If the product worked you shouldn’t need the subscription.
Avoid this company at all costs

This company is a total scam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I wanted to order one item but ended up having to choose ‘buy two get one free’. Then I was charged for three items plus tax plus a monthly subscription repeat was added. Within minutes, I emailed the company and cancelled the order and reported them to paypal. The company sent the items anyway which circumvented Paypal’s process. I enventualy received 50% refund. But it was a nightmare. Total scam. Avoid Orivelle at all costs.

Do not deal with this scam company who do not acknowledge receipt of your order. Push you to buy more than you require, Take your money and refuse to pay back an overcharge and have blacklisted my email address. As many have said it is a complete Scam.

Na heel veel mee en kosten om het terug te sturen heb ik me geld terug gestort gekregen . Helaas de retour kosten heb ik niet terug gekregen ondanks dat ik dezelfde dag me koop heb ontbonden. Ik zal niet dit bedrijf adviseren door de gedane service. En de

Vorsicht Orivelle und HeloGlow gleiche Masche. KUNDEN werden beschissen doppelter Bestellvorgang ohne Bestellung freigegeben zu haben. Kein Paypal anklicken. Das sind Betrüger da sich es in den gleichen Minuten nicht stornieren lässt.. hoffe das Paypal darauf reagiert solche Betrüger nicht zu unterstützen!

Orivelle ist auch HaloGlow die derzeitbei FB Haarwuchswerbung geschaltet haben.
Das sind Betrüger- kein Paypal anklicken. Die buchen ohne Berechtigung 127 euro ab und richten Dauerabo ein. Sofortige Stornierung bringt gar nichts haben trotzdem 1 Tag später versendet.
Hoffe PP holt mein Geld wieder zurück.

Ad says stocks are low - but they're offering a 70% discount. Makes no business sense. Obviously a scam.

Product against yeast fungus in nails of the feet completely useless, no improvement. No payback, no reimbursement, but they gave a warranty « satisfait ou remboursement « « satisfait or reimbursed «  in her advertising. Big scam???

This is a scam. I have been charged more than double, and they have activated an automatic payment. The subscription cannot be blocked; it can only be paused. I am trying to get back my money, but I fear I have been cheated already

Do not order from Orivelle because they scam you into buying more. When you place an order it does not tell you your order was placed. I read now online that everyone is getting scammed too because of their ordering setup. Everyone is giving a 1 in ratings. I would give a zero if there was a zero. When you immediately text them to tell them if a problem they play dumb, ask questions, delay things then say sorry your item was shipped. No company ships within a few hours. They wait for credit card approval first. They are a scam.

If you want the product, then buy it on Amazon or eBay.
The Orivelle site is 10 x worse than even Ryanair. You click on the product you want, go to the Checkout & pay, BUT you are not out and there are so many hurdles in front of you. Before you get tricked into adding special offers & what was initially £30 becomes £70!! I felt such a fool!

I have now had a full refund after 23 days of haggling - 19 emails. Is Mia a Bot or human? The returns portal didn't work & all sorts of offers were made for me not to return the goods. Persistence paid off. If you are reading this you may have already made the same mistake, but do not give up and get a full refund.

I did contact my credit card company and asked them to cancel any subscription plans which Orivelle may have set up & this was the case.

Don't touch them with a barge pole. They are crooks. I ordered 1 pen and they sent me loads = £149.53. I asked for return address no help. I sent parcel back to address that said return to on their parcel.. Posted it and tracked it.
Today I've been told sent to wrong address, although this was typed on the parcel. Sent all tracking information and been told it's been received by royal mail.
Now they have all the pens and my money and although they say they will refund on internet, they won't. I'm 70 and can't afford to lose this money. I only asked for 1 pen. I'm fuming I hate con merchants
