Issue resolved
The second day after posting review here on trustpilot team hive contacted me and unbanned me on discord.
I think I reacted a bit more as I was used to quicker respoonse with other firms. Anyway I am editing the review as the only small issue is resolved and I am thankful to Hive customer support team. Giving 4 star for their trading platform. Thanks Hive PT

To clarify, as stated in our email: "After checking with our Discord team, I've been informed that you were banned because you violated our HIVE PT server rules by being very rude in your interactions."
It seems you may be lacking patience regarding this matter. Our support team handles numerous inquiries daily, and while we strive to respond promptly, some issues require more time, especially those involving rule violations.
We value all our customers and aim to maintain a respectful environment across all our platforms. If you'd like to discuss this further, please respond to our last email rather than posting negative reviews, as this allows us to address your specific situation more effectively.

Sirix good platform, low spread, within 1 second, trade close or open. In past i like match trader and mt5. But this Sirix platform also impressed me.
