However, the statement that we simply take upfront fees and provide “absolutely nothing” in return does not accurately reflect how our service operates. Payouts are processed according to the applicable account rules and eligibility requirements, and we do not refuse payouts simply because a trader becomes profitable.

Thank you for your review, but simply calling Shark Funded a “scam” without providing any details whatsoever does not give us anything to investigate or respond to.

There is no account number, order reference, payout issue, rule violation, transaction, or specific experience mentioned in this review. It is simply an accusation with no supporting information. As such, we have no way to verify that you are even a customer or determine what issue you are referring to.

We are more than willing to address genuine complaints and investigate legitimate issues, but we cannot reasonably respond to an unsupported one-line accusation. If you have actually used our services and experienced a problem, provide the relevant details and we will be happy to investigate it.

We would like to clarify the situation for transparency.

The account was not terminated because a payout was requested. The issue was that the payout request exceeded the account’s permitted drawdown limit. This is an important distinction, and the applicable rule is clearly stated in our FAQ and trading conditions: a trader cannot request a payout exceeding their available drawdown limit. If a payout is requested above that limit, the profits are forfeited and the account is subject to closure.

This rule was not introduced after the fact, nor was it selectively applied to this account. It is an established condition that traders are expected to understand before trading or requesting a payout.

Our support team also explained this situation to the trader multiple times through the support ticket, and our team additionally reached out to the trader directly on Discord to clarify the reason for the account action.

Having $0 in market loss does not, by itself, mean that every payout request is automatically valid. Trading performance and payout eligibility are separate requirements, and traders must comply with all applicable payout conditions in addition to maintaining their account within the trading limits.

We always encourage every trader to carefully read our FAQs, rules, and payout conditions before purchasing an account and before submitting a payout request. If a trader is unsure about any rule or payout requirement, our support team is available to clarify it before a request is submitted.

We understand that the outcome may be frustrating, but the account action was taken based on the stated payout rule and not simply because the trader initiated a payout request.
