Comprei dois cartões de saldo para a Playstation Store que não foram possíveis ativar na minha conta, ao contrário da informação disponibilizada no site, que dizia que era possível ativar os códigos na minha região.
Após já ter criado um ticket, uma disputa e tudo o que podia ter feito para proceder ao reembolso, já passaram mais de 48 horas e ninguém avança com uma solução

Looking at the order records, the seller reached out right after purchase and requested a few details needed to set this product up - specifically a display name and a login. This was asked more than once directly in the order chat, but the information was never provided, which is what has held up completion of the order. This wasn't a delay caused by Difmark or the seller withholding anything.
There is no scam involved: every seller on our platform goes through a strict verification process, and all product requirements are made clear both in the offer details and directly by the seller once the order begins. Nothing here was hidden from the buyer.
