I’ve been ordering monthly subscription from Bark Box for several years.
The toys are very tough and will stand up to Eng. Mastiffs and Great Dane’s chewing on them daily. My dogs still have the original toys that came with our first Bark Box and it’s been well over six years since my dogs receive the toy..
Bark Box cares about their product and about customer satisfaction, and overall Customer Service.

Teddy is a super chewer and love it when the box comes. He can not wait for me to open the box and get into what ever surprise is in it. LOL

My dog has liked every toy n treat you have sent. He's like a little kid in a toy store. The people are nice and they make sure my dog is satisfied with his packages every month. I can't remember when are year is up. When he sees that package he knows it for him!!!

Customer service is great, if that was the only thing I was rating I would give 5 stars! However shipping is a disaster, my box was always late or simply didn’t come I know this isn’t all there fault but I’m still paying them for the toys! My dog liked the toys however I didn’t like how the box images were NEVER what I was receiving! I would be so excited cause the box was cute only to receive something completely different. I ended up canceling it was more stress to track it than it is to just buy my dog toys while I’m shopping.

Bark does a great job at accommodating my two pups in one box. They know when it arrives and as a dog parent, it brings me joy to see how excited they are when they smell the treats from a mile away. The toys serve them well. We've been a loyal customer of Bark Box for many years and will continue.

It's always fun to get our Bark Box in the mail. All of the dogs get excited for the toys and treats. Love that it is customizable so we can get bigger toys now that the puppy is not so little.

We have always had excellent customer service with our BarkBox. They have always made things right, even when they didn't do anything wrong. The quality of the toys has always been great and the option for Add-Ons is also nice!

There is a nice variety of items that are picked to go in the box. My dogs love the treats and the toys.

My Staffy loved her bags. She knew when she saw the blue and yellow bag that she was getting toys and treats. Most of the toys were fantastic for her since she loves to chew things up. Their customer service is amazing! She wasn't very happy with the treat dispensers, so Barkbox switched out those with something different.

Our BarkBox experience has been going for 8 months and we have been so impressed with the treats and toys each month. Everything is so cute and well-made, and while we can't vouch for how the treats taste, our dog seems to REALLY dig them so there's that. They have yet to duplicate toys for us, the themes are adorable and well-thought out. The treats themselves come in chew-proof bags, which is great for our peace of mind when we leave the home since our dog is part raptor and knows how to open doors to her food cupboard. The customer service is incredible, so kind and accommodating. We will probably renew at the 1-year mark.

My dogs absolutely love Bark Box! I do wish there was a way to pick the types of treats you get. My Honey has problems eating the hard treats.
