I received the same dog toys from July Barkbox and only one thing of treats. I don’t know if something changed with the program that I am unaware of?

We’re sorry the shipping time was longer than you expected. We completely understand how exciting it is to wait for those goodies to arrive, and we know you want to get them into your pup’s paws as soon as possible.
Our standard shipping timeframe is 5–10 business days, with the goal of having orders arrive around the 20th or by the end of the month. That said, delivery times can vary, and sometimes orders arrive a little earlier.
We took a look at your August order, and it shows that it was delivered on August 17th. We hope everything arrived safely and that the goodies were a hit with your pup!

All the toys are such high quality and so creative! Every box is as much a treat for the owners as it is for the lucky dog. There is never anything to criticize and if you have any questions or concerns, they are dealt with immediately. I had a concern about one toy in a shipment and they responded by sending me a replacement toy…WOW!

The toys last a very long time and whenever you reach out for help or get follow ups, they’re super kind and provide as much information as possible.

I applied for 6 months only don’t renew…
I applied for 6 months only don’t renew me for more I was given Mazzys treat money . I can’t afford any more. Plus’s Mazzys toys are chewer toys not even ruffed up . I’ve been trying to stop this but you can’t call or email wth

We understand that if you signed up for six months, you may not have expected it to continue beyond that period. Just to clarify that all of our plans renew unless the renewal is cancelled beforehand but we understand that this can be missed.
To help make things right, we’ve closed your account and refunded the remaining four orders on your plan. The refund should be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We’d also like to learn more about the toys Mazzy received and your concerns regarding the treat credit so we can better understand what happened and see how we can best help.

I love the different Options of toys…
I love the different Options of toys and treats. I love the monthly packages that he gets, he loves them as well. I do need to make a change. He was sent some treats with cinnamon and they seem to flare up his skin, so I won’t be wanting those anymore. All in all love the box.
