Site frauduleux, je me suis fait avoir aussi. J’ai commandé l’article de bande blanchissante et je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande à fuir absolument. Il n’y a même pas de service client et il n’y a pas de vrais mail pour faire une quelconque reclamation

Extremely disappointed with my experience with crestwhite.com. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received the product. It stated delivery to Ireland was 3-4 working days and a week later when I still hadn’t received the product I emailed.They asked me to wait 2-3 days before emailing again to let them know if I still hadn’t received the product( even though it was beyond the delivery time frame promised)I emailed again 3 days later and got no response. I emailed again another 3 days later and got a response that the package went to the wrong country and had to be returned to them before re dispatching to me. When I responded, I received a very passive and unhelpful response stating that the time the courier takes to deliver has nothing to do with their company and they can’t speed up the process or control it, despite charging a very steep delivery fee of over €8. They shouldn’t be stating on their website a delivery time frame and charging a very high delivery charge when they are claiming to have no control nor association with the product being received by the consumer.I still haven’t received the product and will not be using this company again.

Commande toujours pas expédiée après plus de 3 semaines

Commande passée le 27 juillet 2026 et, au 19 août, celle-ci n’a toujours pas été expédiée.

J’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails afin d’obtenir des informations sur ma commande, sans réponse. J’ai également essayé de joindre le service client à plusieurs reprises par téléphone, mais le numéro indiqué sur le site tombe directement sur la messagerie.

Je trouve cette situation particulièrement décevante. Un délai de plus de 3 semaines sans expédition, sans information et sans réponse du service client n’est pas acceptable.

Je ne peux absolument pas recommander ce site au vu de mon expérience.

The website is designed with the purpose to look like the official retailer’s website, Crest.com. But it’s not!

The real Crest whitening strips can only be purchased in the United States and are not authorized for sale within the EU. This is due to the fact, that a company here is only allowed to sell strips with no more than 0,1 % hydrogenperoxid (something I only learned afterward).

I've been using Crest Whitestrips for a few weeks and have noticed a positive difference. I highly recommend using them for whiter teeth. The only reason I knocked one star is because 1-hour each time does feel a little too long and my teeth occasionally become sensitive right after using.

The website stated that delivery to Poland would take 2 days. It has now been 5 days since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my package. Very disappointing.

Arnaque ! Site frauduleux j’ai acheté pour 54,99, il y a un mois je devais le recevoir le 25 mai et je n’ai toujours rien reçu aucun moyen de remboursement ou de joindre quelqu’un, seul contact un chat IA qui répond à côté ! Grosse arnaque

5 étoiles pour Crestwhite EU, j'ai commandé sur les conseils de mon dentiste, j'ai reçu ma commande très vite, le produit est top et la date de péremption pour fin 2027 me permet de stocker les bandes que je n'utiliserai pas tout de suite.

Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs, comprenez qu'on est ici dans un marché gris avec des bandes de haut niveau dont le taux de peroxyde n'est pas autorisé en UE, c'est une chance d'avoir accès à un produit aussi exceptionnel grâce à ce fournisseur que je remercie pour son efficacité.

À fuir. Commande non reçue et ne répond pas aux mails. Frauduleux.

I think they are fake, the strips don’t work… then they are sent from Bulgaria from someone called “Sofia” not from a company….

J’ai passé ma commande depuis le 29/4/2026 sur crestwhite.fr
Le suivi ne fonctionne pas; que ce soit sur leur site ou sur Shop; c’était prévu être livré hier, rien.
Je n’ai pas eu de reponse sur le mail de contact sur leur site, et le numero de téléphone est sur boite vocale.
C’est une arnaque. Je vais attendre aujourd’hui sinon je vais opposer le paiement.

Ist halt auch ein Aufpreis weil es die Produkte in der EU nicht gibt, und sie aus der USA importiert werden.

Dass die Sachen fake sind, konnte ich nicht feststellen. Sie funktionieren, hab noch 9 Stück von 20 und bin mit dem Ergebnis schon mehr oder weniger zufrieden.

Hab auch keine Sensivität an den Zähnen oder irgendwelche Probleme, aber das ist vermutlich individuell.

Package came in damaged and pieces missing. Also It was not looking like the real packing I know… I have written the support and they first offered me a refund when I return the item and new shipping without delivery fee, but then send me a threatening message saying they don’t give me a return label, I have to pay it myself and suspect me. This is not only shoocking as a customer , it’s more suspicious after I have said I don’t believe they are real. Don’t buy here!!

rien a redire, envoie rapide dans un petit paquet. ça fait peur au début car on voit 2 livreurs mais c'est normal, c'est la société a dublin puis chronopost en france. vous pouvez commander :)

A fuire j’ai commandé les bandes pour blanchir les dents et je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande 😩 j’aurais dû regarder les autre avis avant de commander. Je reste sans réponse aux mails que j’envoie au service client.
