The floral design has a slight difference from what I pictured, yet it looks really pretty in person. I wore it out for brunch and got some nice feedback.

Le sweat que j'ai commandé est bien ressemblant à la photo la livraison c'est également très bien passé pas de soucis au niveau de cela le seul problème est la qualité du vêtement les couture sont fini à la hâte notamment au niveau des manches sur le mien au résultat je suis donc obligé de rattraper les couture chez un couturier pour un article que j'ai acheté qui était censé être en bonne état.

Overall it's not bad. The fabric is soft, but I wish it had a little more stretch. It works well for everyday outfits.

The package might have been stolen upon delivery. Fortunately, the merchant re-issued it for me. The quality of the clothes I received was quite satisfactory.

Do not buy from this company!!

My experience has been extremely disappointing.

The top I received was not the same item that was advertised on their website. It was clearly a different product, made from much cheaper materials and with obvious differences in the design and dropshipped from China. I sent them multiple photos comparing the advertised product with the item I received, and the differences were undeniable.

Instead of offering a proper solution, they only offered me a $20 partial refund or told me to choose another item from their store. I paid $70, and I did not want another item after receiving a cheap dropshipped product.

I eventually had to open a PayPal dispute because they refused to issue a full refund. Even then, they told PayPal that I had to return the item to an address in the United States, despite the package originally being shipped from China in inexpensive, Temu-style packaging. Returning a low-value item from Europe to the U.S. would cost a significant amount, making it clear that they were creating unnecessary obstacles instead of resolving the issue fairly.

As of writing this review, I still have not received my refund despite providing clear evidence that the item delivered did not match what was advertised.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere!This is clearly a scam!

After writing a negative review I was finally contacted and asked to remove my previous comment. After which I received a full refund. However it was a very poor experience. I would not purchase from this company ever again. Purchase at own risk.

Great experience. Arrived on time and was about to get another size for $15 shipping and keep the smaller size.

I had ordered these baggy distressed jeans that claimed to be 100% cotton and promised quality items. Due to this, I figured the £50 price was reasonable so I ordered the jeans.
When they arrived, they were COMPLETELY different to what I had ordered, 200% polyester, plastic button (the button hole wasn't even cut), no frays at all, different shape, wrong fitting - almost ANYTHING you can imagine to be wrong with the jeans happened.
I emailed the customer service line (which had a very suspicious email name already), and I expressed my frustration expecting a discount but I was emailed back with a short, 'sweet', reply expressing how they were going to GENEROUSLY. YEAH. GENEROUSLY. offer me a $15 refund. Obviously I'm not stupid enough to give them my bank details again so I just left it... Yeah so £50 down the drain.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! ITS A PINTEREST SCAM AD !!!!

Shitty quality for an overpriced item and long shipping, with no possibility of return! I was stupid not to check the reviews first

I bought my dream pants for €65, then I waited 2 and a half weeks for the pants to arrive and got scammed. They looked nothing like the picture. They didn’t fit good. And the diamonds began falling off even before I opened the bag. The letters were written really ugly and you could peel them off. I want my money back !!!

I have now contacted Cosmoslay 3 times via their website to ask to return my item. You are promised contact within 1-2 days.
3 Attempts and I am still ignored.
None exsistant customer service.
Definitely not recommended.

Je m'attendais a voir un pantalon comme celui présenté sur la photo, mais au lieu de cela, j'ai reçu un pantalon de mauvaise qualité, avec des broderies finies a la hâte, qui ne ressemblent aucunement a la photo. Le prix était élevé, alors qu'on trouvait facilement la même chose sur aliexpress ou temu. Ne vous faites pas avoir comme moi.

you can find pretty much all of the clothes in the site for much less expensive on taobao or aliexpress

It's hard to find a corset that doesn't feel like cheap plastic, but this one actually hugs me right. The boning is flexible enough so I can breathe but still get that snatched waist look. Solid quality.
