Third class customer service and product
Third class customer service. They just sell their products and also to highlight Vijay Sales should stop selling their products. We bought chimney in 2022 and it stopped working within 3 months, we lodged complaint within warranty period but it was never solved. We wrote emails but no response. After that we had to move out of India for couple of years. I just came back and asked them to repair it. The person from thwir workshop came to my place and took out the chip from the chimney. We kept waiting for the response but no one came back with the reply and when we called back they asked for money. Is this the way to address any customer's complaint? Now they are asking another 15 days to resolve it.
They don't care about the customer problem and just want to extort money while taking their own sweet time. Never purchase their products. Big talks and no work is their policy.
