xiaomi poco M3 com defeito de fabrico não assumido
Relativamente à Order No.: 3310414776, de 2021, o produto apresentou defeito de fabrico que reportei ao vendedor. Trata-se de um xiaomi poco M3 que depois de desligar não ligava mais, este comportamento está relatado em várias redes sociais como sendo frequente e reconhecido como erro de fabrico. Reportei também à Xiaomi Portugal, que não assumiu pelo facto do vendedor ser asiático/não ser suportado pela Xiaomi Portuguesa/Europeia. Os canais apoio ao cliente da DHGate não se mostraram funcionais.

Upon checking the order status, it shows that the payment was released to the seller on (2021-04-19). Our system will only allow you to open a dispute to this order within the dispute timeframe. For this matter, we encourage you to keep in touch with your seller and try to reach an agreement through message. If they agree to give you a refund, please let them send you a message stating "I agree to refund you $.". They should state the exact amount so we can facilitate the agreement and process the refund.
