Deceptive subscription practices! They hide that they start a subscription and then just keep charging your credit card without permission! Also don’t provide a way to cancel. Seriously the worst! This side should be banned!

Bumper advertised that I could run one vin number for one dollar. One time deal… Then they started charging my PayPal account $23 every month! This company is super shady.
Shame on me, I didn’t catch that they were charging me until the third month. They refunded me two of the months (which I really appreciate) but the cost of the other I ate.

At the time of signup we do outline that this is a subscription and will auto renew until elected to cancel. I was able to locate your account and do see that we were able to process a cancellation and refund for you. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance at this time.
