I can't comment on the appliances yet as I'm having a new kitchen so they are still in boxes. However delivery went smoothly.. they keep you up dated and I found it very reasonably priced.

The strips are brilliant soon get your teeth white.. but you need to keep using them every now and again for maintainence.

I buy 10 strips a month and keeps them white all year round.

I also drink my morning coffee through a straw so to avoid staining them.

Do not order from here.. I ordered reta and it's done nothing.. not genuine products.

Wish I had read the reviews first the company is dodgy.

Ordered a few perfumes over the past year for birthdays/Christmas and personal use. I found it the best price I usually order the biggest bottles and on here was the best value for money.

Great service.. dryer broke down just after Xmas so ordered from here next day delivery was delivered in under 24 hours.. then my washer also packed in earlier this week and remembered appliances direct from last time.. so again ordered my washer here with next day delivery again delivered in under 24 hours. I wrote a review I was sent last week about the delivery process.. however I will leave another. I've been a fan of cloud nines around 6 years.. i have 1 pair 6 years old and still like new.. however my daughters wide iron started bleeping after 2 years.. I sent them back for repair and within 1 week they had sent me a new pair free of charge! it was a simple and speedy process. I ordered 2 new pairs for my daughters in the midnight blue wich are just as amazing! I will now keep the others as spares:) defo recommend cloud nines glide on ur hair where as ghd's tend to snag and not last as long.

I just purchased 2 new pair of straighteners for my 2 daughters. my previous pair started bleeping after 2 years but sent them off to be repaired free postage.. and they sent a replacement pair for free. I will now keep these as a spare :)

I have had a few parcels delivered over the past week from yodel. All delivered on time with care.

I always prefer to order from jd, guaranteed security with ur order rather than some of the cheaper sites with the same items that come faulty or don't turn up. If u use the app and type in EXTRA20 you get a further 20 percent.

The first item I ordered I did receive the wrong item wich was quite annoying.. however I was lucky enough to beable to order the item again and wait for a refund on the first item wich was all resolved within in a week.. and was happy once I received the correct item.. it was of good quality and reasonably priced. I paid for the cheapest 3 to 7 day delivery and both items came within 2 days wich was good. I have ordered previous items before and never had a problem. Hope this was helpful. They do have good communication via email or PayPal.
