No communication response without repeated reminder. Take money as deposit immediately and then fail or make long delays in refunding after cancelling , often well over 45days and then only act after threats or disputes procedure.

Good quality chair and reasonable price. Unfortunately ,there were several miscommunications,which resulted in the finished product taking several months to complete & arrive,but we were not in any hurry.
Very comfortable and superb looking chair ,which we have now had for 5months.
Would always pay a little more money, for a handmade ,bespoke product like this_far superior to mass produced factory shop-type stuff.

Useful,but sometimes doesn't match up to what the hype suggests,but overall pretty good.

A good company,with polite & friendly staff. Easy & relaxed atmosphere with no hard sell,but just accepting & supportive. Could do better at communication response & resolution during the hire,but at the depot all was dealt with well & efficiently.

Good journey & helpful staff. Only concern was quite fast driving to the limit, on the motorway in very wet & difficult conditions.
