Dreadful company. Ordered an air con unit. No follow up and after nearly a week passing got a "sorry out of stock message". Yet they happily took a significant sum of my money when knowing that to the case. Paltry offer of less quality less effective alternatives. No recognition of their responsibilities. Dreadful approach and lack of comms and complete lack of professional integrity. Sat here with no air con unit and them holding the payment made. Fraud frankly.

After a glitch free first service, I returned for another rubbish removal booking on Friday 29 May. Extremely disappointed. Took the half day off to match the time slot and waited. At almost 6pm I was notified by a no reply email that the collection had been shifted to Monday. No call, no earlier notice, no explanation. Very poor.
Update. Having raised my displeasure via their website (you can't seem to speak or email staff directly) I got another no reply with a clearly cut and paste type response just trotting out the same lame excuse in the late notice 'not today " email referred to above. Happy to take your money. Not so keen to address or explain when they get it wrong. Beware people.

This company are dreadful. They have consistently told me that I have an account with them for a property I rented over 3 years ago. They have now sent me a bill for electricity for Q12024 and I have moved 3 years ago. They are, at best, incompetent and, at worst, trying to get money under completely false pretences..just dreadful ...
