The program is easy to connect with bank accounts, credit cards, and directly with hmrc. It is intuitive, and I am already finding the shift to MTD much easier than expected.
The only thing I needed help doing was setting my starting balances. You jut do this once, and I was quickly supported in doing this with their customer service team - they were excellent.

I love the magnesium butter…I sleep deeply when I use it and the smell and texture are gorgeous. The ingredients are high quality and each jar goes a long way. Their customer service is top notch, pleasant, helpful, quick and personal. Great company, wonderful products!

Delivery was within the given timeframe. I was disappointed that it was not delivered to my flat door. I was home, gave access to the building and said I’m on the 3rd floor (building w elevator)
I waited at my door and realized he chose to leave it in the lobby - this is my designated safe space, but I’d think this would only be used if I’m not home.
If he didn’t have time to come up, which is the expectation, he could have at least told me this on the inntercom out of courtesy.

I’m glad I went into the store order this through them. The only downside was that I’d hoped to order through the store over the phone and no one ever answered.
It was nice to be able to feel the different mattress possibilities. I went for the mid range one and it is Soooooo comfy.
Delivery was within two weeks and the guys brought it in very quickly.
Assembly was pretty straightforward, but the instructions have limited words and mostly pics. I went slowly and imagine that if I hadn’t, I could have made a few errors.
It’s great, looks great, and very comfy. Overall it’s a great quality bed futon, easy to click into place, and looks nice. I highly recommend. To get something better, you’d have to pay twice the price.

Great quality food. Always arrives on time and all drivers have been extremely friendly. Food is bagged and the exchange is quick and easy. Drivers are in masks. And I like that on the two occasions where something I ordered had become unavailable, they told me and informed me that I’d get a refund. Farm drop also emails about this and the refund goes in automatically without me having to do a thing.

Horrible company, horrible customer service, feels unsafe.

Feels very sketchy paying online. I paid a small bill and was surprised not to receive an email receipt of payment.

I called in to ask if payment was received, they said they couldn't tell me for 2 days. And also the man on the phone told me that I owed more money than was showed on my letter I received in the post.

After much hassling, he agreed to send me an email when my payment was processed in 2 days to confirm payment was received.

I did not receive this. I called in again and they told me my account was closed.

He managed to send me a payment statement and it does not correlate with the amount I paid!!

Such a great service. Easy to set up the logistics and great communication.
I needed something picked up from Leeds, and this saved me a lot of hassle.
Highly recommend, especially for eBay purchases.

We got the best deal we could find on the web here. Was so easy and straightforward. When I got to JFK from Heathrow, I went to the dealership and it took about 3 mins and then I had keys and the car I asked for. This was great.
