» Based on the analysis I had to prepare technical vision of entire project, I am making decisions about technologies and resolving disputes relating to technical issues.

I created multithread web content transformer for converting java/jsp protal into html web page. Goal was to take JSP portal, go trough all pages and generate HTML. Every page was scanned for urls, images and other tags and every element on page was transformed e.g. to produce user friendly links.
