Started out great then one of our items got lost. When we contacted Factory Buys we were insured it was still in transit. We advised of previous problems encountered with the delivery agent Aramex but they kept insisting it was still in transit even though it was dispatched with our other item which had already been delivered. When the item was finally delivered the delivery driver said "see, we finally found it" which implies it was lost within their warehouse
