Started out great then one of our items got lost. When we contacted Factory Buys we were insured it was still in transit. We advised of previous problems encountered with the delivery agent Aramex but they kept insisting it was still in transit even though it was dispatched with our other item which had already been delivered. When the item was finally delivered the delivery driver said "see, we finally found it" which implies it was lost within their warehouse

A little disappointed
Great and fast customer service. However was disappointed that I had to take a day off work to go pick everything up from a depot when they promised me it was going to be delivered to my house.

The process of ordering and enjoy the benefits of receiving quality goods at a reasonable price was a great experience however the courier service was not ., It was impossible to communicate with the delivery service person and the company was not very helpful at all. I requested that the courier please contact me to inform me of their arrival or a time frame to work with as I live in a secure complex and was not prepared to wait 6-8 hrs out side for the delivery-to arrive, witch resulted in the delivery being delivered without my knowledge and left unsecured in an area where anyone could have claimed it .

Being in our 70s we were tentative about purchasing on line so sought an Australian company with Trustpilot’s top ratings.
Well Factory Buys is that company !!
Delivered ahead of estimated date !
Interactions via email were top notch & any queries answered promptly !
Our only issue was our age & strength as boxes were delivered & weigh 40kgs each !
So having to await family assistance & 24 hours to inflate the bed which is automatic we both have LOVED these new beds
The bed itself is a dream to sleep on, top quality product & much higher & thicker than we had anticipated !!
