Unfortunately, I was driven into by an uninsured driver which severely damaged my car and wrote it off. This was a very stressful experience but ERS were absolutely excellent. They provided a recovery company within a few hours and paid out from my claim in just a few days. They were fast to reply and staff were very helpful.

My first reimbursement offer was the full value of the car at the time so no back and forth was needed. I wish they provided an uninsured driver promise as the accident had to be recorded as my fault due to there being no insurance to claim from on the offender. But this is standard with a lot of insurance companies. Aside from that, I was relieved by the outcome. Would recommend.
