I ordered a dress in June paid my money , waited for communication of delivery . Very confusing . They then sent a message via e mail saying it had been handed to me as the customer . I didn't receive the dress . I have been e mailing snd sending responses via face book for two weeks now snd still haven't received my dress or a refund . I am really unhappy

just received order and it is nothing like the picture - advertises 30 day money back guarantee but looks like I may be paying postage back to China - I will update you as to happens

Stay well clear of this company I had been trying to get a reply from them but all I got was a standard copy and paste reply I wrote a review on Trustpilot and I finally got a response they offered me a partial refund which I accepted they asked me to reconsider the review that I had done and could I give them a 4or5 star review I have reconsidered and they are still not replying to my emails I am still waiting for my order the tracking system is not fit for purpose so please stay well clear update 15 6 26 I will not change the review I have given you want me to lie just like you do I will not do that

This must be the worse company I’ve ever dealt with they don’t reply to emails they say they are available 24/7 not true and they have warehouses all over the world but the nearest one to Scotland is in china which happens to be where the watches are allegedly made

I ordered a trouser suit from this company but it is nt as I expected. Advertisement shows trousers with loops for belt but actually trousers don’t have them. I have emailed over and over to request a return and refund but it’s hopeless. I’m getting no where. Very disappointed with poor service. They cost me £29.99!!

I ordered a metal stake that fixes to fence posts to strengthen them £25.99 including postage. My order went through and payment was taken but I received no confirmation email I sent an email on their contact page and received a confirmation but since then nothing. And I have not received my order.
The Zorchro helpline is non existent and I have received no email saying order dispatched nothing. I am not impressed
I have since received the product which looked nothing like the clip with the guy fitting it it looked cheap and was I wouldn’t buy from this company again

Product arrived quickly, and seems to do the job well. I was a bit surprised the product was not exactly the same as the one shown online, but thus far it seems to work quite well, so that's fine.
