Not true sizes, a 46H bra more like a UK 32B. Emailed to request a return and not heard back yet though received an out of office saying they are busy. Really disappointed because the adverts are misleading with the sizes because the ladies advertising look an average UK size and then the bras are small

The items I ordered were of good quality. Unfortunately the bras were not big enough round - maybe go up a size or 2. Cup size was good.
I ordered the layered dress, they sent 2 of the same colour.
The customer service was outstanding. I am only having to pay for 1 dress. The balance is being refunded. I do not have to return the items. So will donate to charity.

I have NEVER EVER ordered from this site yet they have asked for £13.99from my bank beware as SCAMMERS are about thankfully not enough money in my bank😡😡😡😡😡

Scammers , sent out a totally different product to the one advertised . No communication , just ai answering the phone. Emailed and refused refund. BEWARE !!

I have now been contacted by this company who have issued a refund,which i am still awaiting and offered me a £10 token as apology (if i updated my trustpilot review,lol ). Make of that what you will.
Still would not use again purely because of quality of product and the clear deception.

Item was advertised as a clothes steamer - what I received was a travel iron (Mini electric iron on the box). It does not provide steam. It squirts water. I will keep it as a travel iron but I do not recommend it.

Very poor quality and can be dangerous

already set it on the shelf. the tiny tiles were the whole thing for me, mostly because the color sorting tray kept them from turning into a mess. a few pieces needed extra nudging with the tweezers, and the card guide is thinner than i expected, but the board itself feels sturdy and the little raised mosaic texture looks better in person than the box photo.

Stardusst was very helpful & resolved my problem quickly without quibble.

Accidentally bought the wrong size. Company were very helpful and gave me a partial refund. All dealt with speedily

The dress I received is of VERY bad quality and absolutely huge. I ordered a size M which is shown as fitting an 10/12, what I received would actually fit a 16/18 and I've had no luck getting a return address or details for getting a refund. Definately do not purchase from this company

It took me about five days to finnaly get a refund on which customer srvices and my self agreed on and about 6 emails which is very frustrating for the customer ie Me as your product did not stand up to uk sizing they were awat to small
