I have been ordering so many times and spending a lot of money on this website, where they not respect me as a costumer at all. (This time I order 2 things for my mother who facing cancer and want to make her smile with something nice and I become so angry from what happen)
The block my account for no reason(even they not tell me why- zero contact from they side to explain why).
My orders was active during when they block my account then they process refund of my orders - one of my family member the same and he still waiting for one refund not complete on hold.
