I've been working with FBA for 9 months now. Before choosing them I compared several options, and overall FBA came out on top. I haven't regretted it.

Onboarding was quick and hassle-free, and all the terms were clear and transparent from the start. Day-to-day work with them has been just as smooth: the CRM is convenient, communication is fast, and payouts always arrive on time.

Great support for B2B contractors – highly responsive and reliable

Working with FBA as a B2B contractor for over 1.5 years has been a smooth experience. Their customer support team is extremely responsive, helpful, and always delivers on time. They take the hassle out of tax management and offer tailored solutions that actually fit my situation. Most importantly, they handled my stay legalization process in Poland without a single issue, which gave me complete peace of mind.

Area for improvement: The only downside is their choice of banking partner (Santander), which offers unfavorable exchange rates for international currency transactions. Supporting alternative banks or multi-currency options with better conversion rates would make their service absolute perfection. Overall, highly recommended!

I’ve been working with the FBA business incubator for over a year now, and I have zero complaints so far. All issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, the managers are always in touch, the internal CRM is user-friendly, and the service fees are very reasonable.

This is my first experience working with a business incubator, but I can confidently say it’s been a good one. I’m truly grateful that all the paperwork headaches aren't on my shoulders! :)

Most processes are documented plus the web system helps with paperwork. Response times are good, and whenever I had any issues, they were resolved quickly.

Compared to other incubators I checked out, the team here seems competent and helpful when you have questions. A solid service overall.

Communication is clear — I always know what is happening and what is expected from me. Their CRM makes things much easier: everything is in one place, no email ping-pong for every document.
Payouts are fast and I've never had a problem with them.

Can’t complain. Got know about that organisation through word of mouth. They deliver exactly what I was promised: even though the pricing is a bit above average, the quality of their service is definitely worth it.

Hi! My name is Palina, I am a marketing specialist and more than 2 years I spent with FBA as a client (and still am). The most important that I feel safe with them, no legal issues came to me since I started working as independent marketing specialist through FBA. My account manager is always open to help and answer any questions (even the silly ones). The new CRM system is even more easy to use so I can easily send an invoice to my client, but of course before that it goes through FBA's verification. I am calm that guys are checking everything and asking me to fix smth if it's not right, because I have no clue what I am doing in terms of legal docs :D Soo I recommend FBA if you want to work as independent digital specialist - these guys got your back!

The processes are so well organized that i go months without needing to personally contact the managers. Everything that could be automated is automated. Invoicing flow is pretty straightforward and the CRM sends email notifications about significant status updates. If there are issues though, the managers are quick to respond and helpful. What I appreciate most is that I don't have to figure out all the nuances of local legislation or run around to different offices myself the FBA team takes care of that. They act as a kind of intermediary between me and the government: they explain what needs to be done and how, prepare all the necessary paperwork, keep track of deadlines, and let me know if anything needs to be submitted or corrected.
