Booking process was quick and easy however I have just booked a hotel in Turkey Antalya but I put my email address wrong by mistake could you please contact me via email as I have already emailed you about my concerns just 10 minutes ago as I’m very worried about my holiday on wether it has been booked correctly or not

I booked a 12 night stay via troovel…
I booked a 12 night stay via troovel and I got confirmation right away from them. Since I read the comments here about the confirmation not being visible at hotel right away, I checked with the hotel after 3 days. They didn’t have my name as guest. This was concerning and to me but troovel support was great during this time. In the end the hotel had my name and the problem was not on troovel‘s side.

Reservas engañosas, fraude en las reservas
El día 5 de Mayo realice una reserva en el hotel Ulises de Ceuta. Nada más realizar la reserva me di cuenta que me había equivocado de fecha. En vez del 26 al 27 de Agosto era del 27 al 38 de Agosto.
Ahora me han contestado que no es posible el cambio.
Sin embargo, tal como se observa en la foto de la reserva, la habitación era tarifa flexible.
Por todo ellos pondré una denuncia en consumo por fraude

En primer lugar, lamentamos cualquier inconveniente relacionado con tu reserva con nosotros.
Debido a las políticas y condiciones de tu compra, la única opción para cambiar las fechas sería una excepción por parte del hotel, la cual no nos fue concedida.
Sin esta autorización, lamentablemente la reserva no puede ser modificada.
Te pedimos disculpas por no poder ayudar más y quedamos a tu disposición para cualquier otra consulta.

Esto no refleja en absoluto el nivel de servicio que queremos ofrecer. Entendemos perfectamente la frustración de llegar a un alojamiento y no encontrar la reserva, así como las molestias ocasionadas con los desplazamientos.

They give a low price to appear in Google results but once you have entered your credit card details, the website says "The selected rate is no longer available, and the price for your selection has increased"
Then you refresh the page and the price is low again, that's what I call a scam.
Edit: No, I won't send any details, I made my reservation via the venue's official website, which was cheaper, thnaks!
