I bought this thing because I thought I would enjoy seeing what's passing overhead, though I'm far from an airplane fanatic. I had no idea how much enjoyment my entire family would get out of it. We're constantly announcing the from and to and the airline, and we often look up aircraft we're unfamiliar with. Worth every penny. Plus, the customer support is top-notch.

Well packaged, software is simple and easy to use and it works as expected. What else would you wanted? It is great and a nice conversational piece.

I had been watching various companies since my husband said he'd absolutely love one of these.... I did my research and TheFlightWall ticked every box of questions I could think of and not only is my husband delighted, we are all addicted to watching The Flight Wall.
We even have times where we guess where the airport codes are, it's become such a fun piece of equipment rather than, just a gadget I thought it would be!
I've several friends who are now ordering from this company as they've seen ours working so well.

Cool product but so far customer service is lacking.

I have tried multiple times for my wall to register imperial not metric. I contacted customer service via email & fb and still haven’t heard back.

I've now bought two units, one as a gift. I enjoy the device yet find the customer service lacking. Their inability to fulfill a simple request to replace a broken stand is baffling. Stating they only have completed units, and no parts to send out, indicates a naiveite and lack of experience in customer acquisition cost and retention.
This survey request cost the company more than the $5 it would have cost to promote goodwill.

So much fun! Reasonable shipping delay (near Montreal)! I’m getting used to fiddling with the detection fence points (a bit challenging on an iPhone), much easier to use a radius but sometimes high-altitude fly-by’s are visible by their vapour trails but out of detection radius on Flight Wall. So I thought I’d create a long, skinny zone but flights zip through and disappear from FW while I can still see them. Is two circles possible?

Easy to set up - A lot of choices for what you want to see - Take your time and you will get it exactly set up to view the aircraft that you want on the display.

Purchased the two mini flight walls as gifts. One was delivered and the other got lost. Contacted flight wall and they were kind enough to ship out the missing one! One was a gift for my brother who is a retiring air traffic controller and he thought this was the coolest gift ever! The other is for my teenage son who is wanting to be a future pilot! He is so excited to track the plans right in his own bedroom. Very awesome purchase!

Has become a really niche decor item on our wall as well as a practical way to track my spouse’s flights at first glance whenever I am home + a great way to keep up with what aircraft is passing overhead! I was second guessing myself before I bought this as a gift for my spouse but it’s well worth the price because it’s a gift for myself too, will highly recommend it.

My order was placed on July 26 and has never arrived. It is now September 1. UPS has an open claim and has told me the claim can only be completed by you as the shipper. I cannot move it forward on my own. I've called, emailed, and received no help whatsoever for the last few weeks. I'm highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and would like an answer ASAP!

Being an aviation geek, the minute I saw this product I said I needed this! I work from home and the wall lights-up before my computer does and stays on all day. Being able to set multiple locations outside of my local airport and see the traffic at other airports is very cool.

The setup could not have been any easier and the app is extremely easy to use and configure.

I highly recommend this product for you or the av-geek in your life.

I’m really impressed with the FlightWall Mini. Setup was easy, and it’s so cool seeing the planes flying around my area show up on the display in real time. I find myself checking it every time I see or hear a plane overhead!

The display looks great, the flight information is easy to read, and it’s a great conversation piece. If you’re into aviation, travel, or just like unique tech gadgets, I definitely recommend it. Really happy with this purchase!

I love this and everyone that comes into my office loves it! What a great talking point. We are airline people so it means a lot to us. Love the displays and also setting up a custom flight to watch from take off to touch down.

My first flight wall had some problems and tech-support was great at trying to help me resolve them, but it eventually turned out that we weren’t sure what happened. They immediately shipped out a new one. TheFlightWall team is fantastic!
