Wow! Absolutely amazing quality hair! I've been wearing hair extensions for several years. I'm so happy with the beautiful silky hair I received. I can't wait for my appointment to get it installed. My stylist was impressed with the quality of the hair also.

Hair quality is excellent!

I bought 250 grams mix of weft and nanos I’ve had them installed today shade 613/18 hopefully they go a little thicker I’ve had to tone them with purple conditioner maybe that’s y they feel little thinner

This product is completely trash!!! Do not take the chance of sending out $300+ dollars to this company! I bought hundreds of dollars of hair only to find that the hair this company sold, it was very very thin, fine and the strands were kinked and brittle, to which they told me to just wash the hair with water (which would clearly invalidate any possible return). I reported the damage to Moresoo and they offerred a price reduction, which I declined since I needed to get hair from somewhere else since what they provided was damaged and subpar, I needed this hair ASAP for an event which is why I paid and additional $30 to expedite shipping.

I feel they have a bot that is responding to inquiries and not a real person. They do not care about their customers' experiences. They only care to take your money and if you bring their attention to damage, they will brush it off and tell you that their policy is to enforce a 15% restocking fee on all returns.....clearly even when they sell you their own damaged product. WOW!!!

We are already taking a change at buying these products online site unseen and at the very least expect quality products.

The only thing they care about is taking your money.....Period!!!

So I paid for their product, expedited shipping costs', paid shipping to return and was only partially refunded for the cost of the hair under the guise of their restocking fee

Buyer beware.....highly suggest buying from another seller that has quality products. Dont buy from a company that sells damaged items and forces you to pay for them DAMAGED!!!

According to Moresoo....."Management has confirmed the decision is final and we must stick to our standard policy regarding the restocking fee"........such trash for selling a damaged/subpar product.

I am extremely impressed with this company. I haven’t yet installed my extensions yet but as someone who’s never had extensions the customer service team was fantastic. Zelle matched my hair perfectly with various helpful suggestions and speedy replies. The hair came super quick and is thick root to tip, when I brushed through it no hair fell out. Cant wait to get these installed and see how well they last and look in my hair. Only slight disappointment is that the length I wanted was sold out so I had to go with another colour but the extensions are very popular so it made sense.

First time customer, after reading 5 stars reviews I’ve decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I bought platinum 24”. Shipping was fast , it came in a beautiful carefully packaged box. After I opened it they even more beautiful! Silky , smooth and felt luxurious! No smell , beautiful craftsmanship. Very easy to put in and blends nicely. They feel just like your own hair. Now I can’t wait to get another set of different colors and styles. The selection is incredible and high quality!

Extensions have shed and thinned out drastically. No one wants to take responsibility for the poor quality of hair. I will definitely spread the word regarding this issue to everyone I can. Customer service is very poor and degrading as well.

I buy from moresoo all the time but extremely disappointed with my last pair. I have given this company over £1000 for extensions and the pair I recieved was literally shreading from the top. Every time I brush them they shed loads of hair, like handfuls . I’m unable to send as I’ve already used the product but how was I to know this otherwise? I will never buy from this company again

Not real hair , i purchased a 6x6 fishnet topper 8c/60 which was orange so I put lightner in it and it didnt lift with 40 vol , Im a professional color specialist 25 years this is garbage , its a mixure of synthetic, from china . Dont tewll me your sorry Refund my money , I wanted Human hair not fake shit I spent 420 canadian on !!!

Customer service with this company was great! My package was lost by USPS and after fails attempts at locating it Moresoo hair resent my shipment & even upgraded since my original order was not in stock to hour a 1st time customer. I will be ordering more when needed. The hair was installed today & it’s by far my favorite extension yet. This is great hair quality!

I start my experience with this brand using my first ever tape in extensions and OMG what beautifull quality hair extensions, proper human hair 💯!

I have bought them twice now and had the fitted and I just love them so much, I’ve washed, styled and used products in the hair and I’m telling you my honest opinion they have NOT damaged or ruined the quality of the hair.

I have now purchased my sew in extensions and also waiting for a colour match which the company itself is so helpful and really looks after their customers.

As a Hair Stylist the quality is fanatic! Customer support is top notch. I do wish they had a bigger color palette for the I-tips and Keratin tips but will definitely keep purchasing.

I got these on clearance for $20 and omg these are 'the ones'.! They are comparable in quality to Aqua Professional Hair Extensions and much better than Babe Extensions. I actually prefer these more than Aqua because the cuticle is smoother. As for both, the cuticles are in tact and going in the same direction too. This makes them very durable, and will last for many months. Thankful I found these..they will be the only ones I order from now on.
