We would also like to clarify that our wigs are made from 100% human hair, not synthetic hair. If convenient, you may take a few strands of hair from the wig and perform a simple burn test to help verify the material.
Please be careful when conducting this test:
Only use a few loose strands of hair, not the entire wig.
Keep the hair away from the wig and any flammable materials.
Perform the test in a well-ventilated area, using a fireproof container.
Keep water nearby and extinguish the flame immediately after testing.
Human hair generally burns slowly, produces a smell similar to burning hair, and turns into brittle ash when crushed. Synthetic fibers usually melt, shrink, or form hard plastic-like beads.
We genuinely value your feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to look into your concerns further. If possible, please share some photos or videos of the wig, especially the hair and lace to our after-sale email, so we can better understand the issues and assist you accordingly.

Beware: Poor Product Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service

I strongly advise against purchasing from Megalook Hair.
I ordered a specific wig model, but the product I received was completely different from what was advertised. The hair did not look or feel like natural human hair as described; it appeared to be synthetic.
I contacted their customer service to explain the situation and requested a return. Their website states that they cover return costs when there is an issue with the product.
Instead of acknowledging the problem, they told me that I simply needed to comb the wig to restore it to a proper condition. However, when a product does not match the description and is defective from the moment it arrives, combing it is obviously not going to solve the problem.
After several exchanges, I ended up having to pay more than €120 in return shipping costs, including customs-related fees.
Megalook Hair did receive the wig and refunded me for the purchase itself. However, they refused to cover the return shipping costs, despite the fact that the return was due to the product not matching the description.
I contacted them again regarding the €120+ in return costs, but they simply ignored my messages.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, both because of the product received and because of the way the issue was handled by customer service.
Please be careful and make sure you fully understand the return conditions and potential costs before ordering from this company.

Your response still does not address the issue I have raised.
I did not return this wig simply because it “was not suitable for me” or because of a personal preference. I returned it because the product I received did not match the product shown and advertised in your video. The differences were clearly visible, particularly in terms of the color, appearance, and quality of the hair.
You continue to claim that the hair is 100% human hair, while the appearance of the product I received is precisely what led me to question that claim. Regarding your suggestion of performing a flame test, I do not believe that a customer should be expected to set hair on fire inside their apartment in order to prove that a product does not match what was advertised. This also presents an obvious safety risk.
The fact that I returned the product does not mean that I agreed to permanently bear the return shipping costs. I proceeded with the return in order to obtain a refund for a product whose conformity I was disputing.
You refunded the price of the wig, but my request for reimbursement of the return shipping costs is still outstanding. Since my complaint concerns the fact that the product I received did not correspond to the product advertised, I am once again requesting reimbursement of these costs.
I have evidence allowing me to compare the advertised product with the one I actually received, particularly regarding the color and overall appearance. I therefore ask that you reconsider my request on this basis rather than treating it as a simple change of mind on my part.
Please provide me with a clear response regarding the reimbursement of my return shipping costs.

Regarding return shipping costs, our policy specifies that we cover the return shipping costs when the item was sent incorrectly, has a confirmed defect, or when items are missing from the order. In cases where a customer simply believes the hair is not suitable or considers it to be synthetic and requests a return based on personal assessment, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. This condition was communicated to you before you proceeded with the return.
Our wigs are made with 100% human hair, and we stand behind the authenticity of our products. We are also willing to provide or perform a flame test when appropriate to verify that the hair is human hair. We understand that the appearance or texture of a wig may sometimes feel different from what a customer expected, but this does not mean that the hair is synthetic.
You chose to proceed with the return after the return conditions and shipping responsibility had been explained to you, which indicated your agreement to proceed under those conditions. After receiving the returned wig, we also processed the refund for the purchase itself.
We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the product and the overall experience. We always try to communicate the available solutions and return conditions as clearly as possible, and we regret that there was a misunderstanding regarding the return shipping costs. We value every customer's feedback and will continue working to make our product descriptions, return policies, and customer service clearer.

I ordered a 24/26-inch Burmese Curly… Deceptive short tracks, terrible quality, and arrived in a torn box.
I ordered a 24/26-inch Burmese Curly drawstring ponytail from Megalook, and it was a complete disappointment. The package arrived and ponytail was shorter than what I ordered and was delivered in a completely torn-open box, making me think they sent me a used or cut return. When I cinched the ponytail, it looked incredibly choppy and unnatural like a very bad haircut. I later realized this choppiness is due to a deceptive industry method called "single-drawn filler scaling." Instead of making every row the actual length you paid for, they only put the true length on the outer rows. The middle rows are filled with much shorter, uneven tracks to fake the volume.The hair quality was also terrible and heavily damaged. The company tried to offer me a 50% discount to keep the piece, but it was so poorly made and choppy that it was completely unwearable. I returned it for a full refund. Stop trying to pocket customers' money for fake lengths.

The damage appears to have occurred during transit due to rough handling, and we will report this issue to the shipping carrier and ask them to investigate. We also want to assure you that we never send previously worn or used products to our customers. Every product is brand new before it is shipped. We take the condition of our products seriously and would never intentionally send a used or cut return as a new item.
Regarding the hair appearing to have different lengths, this is related to the construction of human hair products. Natural human hair is arranged according to different lengths and proportions to create a more natural and realistic appearance. If every strand were exactly the same length, the hair would look overly uniform, stiff, and unnatural. The varying lengths are intended to help create a more natural shape and overall appearance.
As for the hair quality, we’re sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. Our return policy requires the product to remain in its original and unused condition for us to accept a return. If a wig or hairpiece has been worn, used, cut, washed, dyed, or otherwise altered, we unfortunately cannot normally accept it as a standard return because we cannot resell it as a new product. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new and unused product.
We sincerely regret that this purchase did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. We will also take your feedback seriously and continue working to improve both our products and shipping experience.

Takes your money, ignores emails, and violates their own shipping policies.
I strongly advise against ordering from Superlook Wig. I placed two separate orders for their 26-inch 6x5 Pre-Cut HD Lace Wigs, one on August 13th (Order #Superlook2151) and another on August 15th (Order #Superlook2152). Their published shipping policy explicitly guarantees a 1-2 day processing time and 3-5 day delivery to the United States. It has now been over two weeks, and neither order has arrived. Worse than the shipping delays is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent multiple emails requesting a status update or tracking number, and they have ignored every single one of my inquiries. My second order has been permanently stuck on "preparing for shipping" since the day I purchased it. They are quick to take your money upfront but will completely ghost you when they fail to meet their own delivery deadlines. I am now forced to open disputes with PayPal just to recover my funds. Buyer beware—their claims of fast shipping are entirely false, and their customer support is non-existent.

Disappointed
This is my Third purchase with megalook wigs.
The first wig started to Shed but I really did think this was due to the glue install. So i went Ahead and purchased a second wig which was a 20 inch 5x5 wig ,When the wig arrived this was clearly a 14 inch wig which had no volume just flat.After getting in contact with them on the back and forth emails they finally granted a refund.
I then stupidly purchased another wig from the which was a 18 inch 5x5 curly Wig, I had this installed without Glue this time and it’s day three and the front of the wig yet again is shedding.
This is very disappointing and frustrating The hair is not even the correct length only the last row from the back of the wig is 18 inch where the rest of the wig is made up of shorter lengths.
The description of what you are displayed is not what you receive.
This company is gaming your money to deliver badly made wigs.

Regarding the shedding around the front of the wig, we would like to properly investigate the issue rather than make assumptions. Since you mentioned that the wig was installed without glue and the shedding started within three days, please send us clear photos or a short video showing the shedding area, particularly the front hairline and lace. We will have our quality control team review the construction and determine whether there is an issue that needs to be addressed.
Regarding the 18-inch length, we would also like to clarify how curly wigs should be measured. Curly hair naturally appears shorter because of the curl pattern, so measuring the hair while it is in its natural curly state will not provide an accurate measurement of the actual hair length.
For an accurate length measurement, please follow these steps:
1. Place the wig on a flat surface or a wig stand.
2. Take a section of hair from the crown/top area and gently stretch the hair straight without pulling excessively.
3. Place the measuring tape at the root of the hair and measure all the way to the longest end of that section.
4. Please measure several sections, including the front, middle, and back, rather than measuring only one strand or one particular row.
5. Take clear photos showing the entire measuring tape alongside the stretched hair so we can verify the measurement.
Curly wigs are also generally layered to create a more natural shape and maintain the intended curl pattern, so the hair throughout the wig will not necessarily be exactly the same length. The longest layer is what determines the advertised length.
We also want to clarify that we do not intentionally send customers products that are different from what is advertised, and we do not agree with the suggestion that we are deliberately providing poorly made wigs to keep customers’ money. We take product quality and customer feedback seriously, and we would much rather review the actual product evidence and resolve the issue fairly.
Once we receive the photos/video of the shedding and the properly measured length, we will submit everything to our quality control team for review and determine the appropriate solution based on the findings.
