Hunden Aston är lite lugnare på resan!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. And they have had a number of opportunities to make it right, and haven't.
And we are talking 45 emails exchanged at last count!!!
I ordered two small cooling blankets for my 7 pound pup who was going to be spayed. I ordered them three weeks ahead of time.
First I am informed they are waiting for more product; that the item is so successful, they sold out. That it could be weeks of delays. Then I get an email saying they will send me the Large size instead, plus several "free" gifts that I could choose from.. . seemingly to make their mistakes okay. I wrote to say I only wanted the Small size.
My small dog wouldn't even get near the Large sizes.
When I contacted them asking to send me a mailing label to return all items for a full credit, emails start pouring g in about all the alternative ways I can return the product!!!
Keep it and get a % back, etc.
Since I NEVER HAVE RECEIVED MY ORIGINAL ORDER, I asked again for a mailing label to send it all back.

Then I am sent a form to fill out, with notes about how I have to now pay for shipping, AND a restocking fee, AND how they may decide after receiving the items they will not give me a full refund. AND shipping back cost me twice as much because I was returning larger items than what I ordered. And I now had to pay shipping to also send back the so-called "free gift items". So the original amount I was charged on my credit card is being chipped away by all the ways they underhandedly take advantage of customers.

AND they have a small window of a week that they will accept the returns, despite the fact that all of this back and forth took ONE MONTH of my precious time!!!!

Pelsbarn is really good at enticing, giving free add-ons, placating, sending the wrong product, sending endless emails, etc. If they would spend that energy and send the order requested, they might have some semblance of customer service.
I cannot urge you enough to NOT buy their product. Any of them. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Many of their emails mentioned the two owners names: Fay and Maya, and how they were a small team and new company trying to make it. "Making it" and becoming successful has everything to do with cheating their customers, not being a professional company that respects their customers.
BEWARE.

Supre varer som vi ikke kan leve uten. Nå har vi både kjølemattene og kurven til bilen og Luna har aldri vært roligere i bilen, den er bare helt super.

Heb de koelmatten besteld en kreeg daar een heerlijk dekentje bij. Mijn 4 coons en kittens maken hier veel gebruik van, samen met mijn 2 chihuahua’s. De kwaliteit is fantastisch! Ook na het wassen blijft het mooi🥰. Heb een fur dekentje, daar hebben we voor onze zieke zwakke kitten veel gebruik van gemaakt. Hij voelde zich daar heel prettig op. Net een nieuwe bestelling geplaatst. Prima levering. Top!!

En fantastisk kylmatta som vår hund älskar! Ingen gel som blir gammal eller läcker och man måste slänga efter en säsong! Såå nöjda!!

Ik ben zeer kritisch maar de voorbije hitte was het alle hens alles koel te houden voor men 3 Coons en hondje van 13. Via FB kwam ik op een artikel van Pelsbarn terecht. Ik bestelde een koelmat en kreeg nog eentje gratis en een dekentje en kussentje. Men bestelling liep wat vertraging op en Pelsbarn volgde het mee op. Vandaag kreeg ik ze toe. Al snel zochten men dieren de matjes enz op. De volgende hitte komt eraan. Ik bezat een andere maar die kwaliteit kan niet aan Pelsbarn tippen. Als jullie fur babies je lief zijn bestel bij Pelsbarn en je steunt ook meteen dieren in nood die minder geluk hebben. Heb een 2de bestelling gedaan. Ik raad het ten stelligste aan. Conny

Wir haben inzwischen bereits das dritte Kühlbett von Pelsbarn gekauft, weil unser Hund es an warmen Tagen sehr gerne nutzt. Zuvor hatten wir verschiedene Gelkühlmatten ausprobiert, die jedoch kaum angenommen wurden. Das Kühlbett ist für sie deutlich angenehmer und wird freiwillig als Liegeplatz aufgesucht.

Die Betten sind hochwertig verarbeitet und haben sich im Alltag bewährt. Der Bezug lässt sich unkompliziert reinigen. Besonders praktisch ist für uns, dass wir mehrere Betten haben und deshalb immer eines nutzen können, während ein anderes gewaschen wird.

Der Bestellvorgang war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lieferung hat zwar etwas länger gedauert, das war für uns aber völlig in Ordnung. Auf ein gutes Produkt wartet man gerne.

Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Kühlbett jederzeit wieder kaufen.

I received my two cooling car beds. One of my dogs passed away and I didn't even open the one package. I asked to return the item. I got multiple excuses by email that I would get a delayed response due to volume of emails they get. Finally, two weeks later I received an email offering I keep the item and get 30 % off my next purchase. I wanted to return the item. No label was sent and I paid $25 to return the $100 item. I followed the email instructions. I sent the tracking number to the company as instructed in an email. I followed up to make sure the item was received and was sent back an email that it was at the warehouse pending inspection. I was not worried about it since the package had not been opened and sent in same condition it had been delivered to me in the box. Nothing again so I reached out in an email to find out about my refund to be told that it wasn't at the warehouse and asking me to send a picture of my tracking number. By this time, I no longer had it after confirming delivery with this company. Now I am told that it is not at the warehouse and I need to take the tracking number to USPS to find it. The hoops this company has put me through and the lies they tell, I would never recommend them. I have asked twice now for a phone number to speak with supervision. I have very little hope in ever getting one. They have excuses and delay tactics to keep you from returning their product. I paid by credit card but because of all the delays, they got paid. I still plan to contact my credit card company to report fraud by this company. Too many excuses causing delays and misreporting of information, makes me believe that I am not the only one they try this tactic on. I returned this item 06/29/26 after delayed response by company. It was received at my home on 06/12/26. Now it is 07/24/26. Beware!

Mitt första paket kom på villovägar och hamnade på fel adress. Till sist kom det tillrätta men då hade ni redan skickat ytterligare ett paket som jag fick utsn extra kostnad.

Last year I wanted a dog’s bed, and being computer clumsy, I came to order four, paying for one. Four came by post, and I sent three back. But they returned. This happened three times, and finally when I decided to pay for all, Pelsbarn decided no, so money for three Pelsbarn beds returned. Now there are dog beds both upstairs, downstairs, in my car and in my husbond’s car, and Rinne sleeps happily everywhere.

Bädden är mjuk, lättplacerad och lätt att rengöra, min hund kryper ihop och lägger sig tillrätta i den, vi är nöjda, och ett plus att den ser lyxig ut!😍

Vår hund dvärgpudel 6år fullständigt älskar sin bilkorg! Hon hoppar in i bilen varje ggn! Bästa köpet hos Pelsbarn!

Beställde en bädd till bilen.
Tog inte allt för lång tid att få hem den.
Den passade perfekt till min hund. Att bädden är tvättbar, är ett stort plus 😊
