Dagelijks nieuwe woningen toegestuurd, die ook op anders platforms worden aangeboden. Vaak gebruiken verhuurders dit platform. Het enige nadeel is, is dat je echt direct moet reageren bij het ontvangen van de mail! Ik heb geluk gehad, omdat ik de woning heb bemachtigd die ik heb bezichtigd.

The Pararius+ subscription is very helpful to get fast access to viewings. Managed to get at least 3 viewings that is 100% more than in other housing websites/platforms. Recommend a lot.

Editing my review since I found out it was actually my fault that I created two accounts and deleted wrong one - so my subscription went on for month.
I’m leaving the 3 starts though because I only used the website for one evening, paid approx. 100 EUR on automatic subscriptions over the following months for no reason, but the company refused to refund when I asked for help. So I can not be “satisfied”.

Betrouwbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk
Absoluut geen autoverkopers!! Het is sowieso lastig een betaalbare huurwoning te vinden maar in het moeras van zogenaamde aanbieders, is Pararius gelukkig een betrouwbare partner gebleken.

I registered, but this marketplace has duplicate listings or outdated information, not good for students. my subscription was auto-renewed, and same day I cancel and requested the refund, they stopped replying to my emails ,
