the product was great, my experience to it was alright..
it wasnt something REALLY, REALLY Incredible as it was on advertisment it didnt last longer as said to my experience, my skin tone is medium when i applied it became a bit lighter than my tone. since im a combination type skin i used a loose powder on top but it did still turned oily at the end of the day, the transaction to shipping was absoultly good all went smoothly,

April was incredibly helpful regarding my order #814243. The foundation didn’t work on my weird, difficult skin. Of course I waited too long to return it and missed the 30-day window. But April found a solution for me anyway; a store credit for the total amount! I will DEFINITELY shop here again because I KNOW their customer service and April will take care of any issues that arise. Thank you, April!!!

My experience with the product was not what I had hoped when I purchased it. I am a mature (senior) lady with lines and wrinkles. I have tried many foundations over the years and have discovered that of all of them, DIOR has been the best. I did want to try SMOOCHE after seeing the many advertisements and thought it might be the answer for me. Several emails back and forth with Carla, who provided advice and encouragement, led me to order your product. After receiving it I tried different methods of wearing, with and without primer, bronzer for color because when the color developed it was too light and very matte and chalky looking. It seemed to accentuate the lines around my mouth and eyes. I knew it was not full coverage, but was hoping it would be good for everyday wear. I finally decided to request a refund so that I could purchase a full coverage foundation and CARLA was so helpful in processing a refund of order 1238777. She first offered a credit to purchase another product, but as soon as I said no and wanted a refund, she took care of it with no hesitation. I was initially hesitant to order at the beginning because of the many reviews about poor customer service. Kudos and thanks to Carla for making the refund process easier than I expected.

Nice smooches colour changing foundation, not too thick, good colour sync in areas of discolouration, can show in pores or over face fluff hairs

Feels awful on the skin and doesn't blend very well at all. Feels tacky on the face. Yes it did change colour but it didn't match my face. I could feel it constantly on my skin. And it exaggerated all my imperfections. I gave it a go but its not for me. And their customer service isn't the best either. My mystery gift that I paid extra for was just a gift card but I never received it.

Smooche has great customer service! They really stand by their product and are quick to come up with a resolution if any issues arise. Sharon was great in helping me with my order (934048).

Bought the foundation but unfortunately it just doesn’t work for me. Leave white streaks on skin, doesn’t blend well. I emailed twice ( once to follow up on shipping, and the second time was to get a refund for the foundation) but I have never received any response from them. Their money back guarantee is a scam because you won’t be able to get a refund. They have a customer service page on Facebook and apparently a lot of people are having the same issue.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Smooche and, in particular, the way they have handled a very straightforward cancellation request.

I placed an online order and changed my mind shortly afterwards. Before the order had been dispatched, I contacted Smooche and clearly asked them to cancel it.

Instead of simply processing my cancellation, they emailed me trying to persuade me to keep the order and “try the product for yourself before making a final decision”. I didn’t respond to that email, and despite already having my clear cancellation request, they went ahead and dispatched the order anyway.

When I subsequently asked to return the unwanted product and receive a refund, I was astonished to be told that they would not accept the return because I had not replied to their email.

In other words, according to Smooche, although I had explicitly asked them to cancel my order before dispatch, my cancellation somehow ceased to count because I didn’t respond when they tried to persuade me to change my mind.

I find this particularly concerning for an online retailer, given the statutory cancellation rights consumers normally have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

What should have been an incredibly simple cancellation has turned into an unnecessary dispute. Their own correspondence acknowledges that I originally requested cancellation, so I find their subsequent refusal to accept the return extremely frustrating.

Very poor customer service and a very disappointing way to treat a customer who simply changed her mind about an online purchase. Based on my experience so far, I would not shop with Smooche again and I cannot recommend them.

Well for starters, a fabulous thank you to a wonderful person, who has totally kept the receipt of my SMOOCHE journey logged beautifully , every inch of the way , until it arrived at my doorstep, MANY MANY thank yous to LOVELY Novie....
As for the product itself... im 61 , even with a moisturising base prior to applying the SMOOCHE foundation itself ( iv tried it Plain without a moisturising base as well ) it goes on white and the pigments changed to a soft pale peach for me... but it left my face with an entirely paler aura ( like I'd dipped my face in white talc & then coloured it in after)
Iv been testing it out at work, for a full day each day for the last week , with different moisturising bases & non bases, each result ended with the same conclusion after 10 hours of wear , im afraid for me , this product settled into my fine lines and filled my pores with a chalky under tone.... im a little UNDERWHELMED to say the least.... and for the money paid, I think that I shall stick with my Usual DIOR foundation that even after 10 hours wear , doesn't sink in and still looks FRESH...
Worth a try, may work for paler complexions and drier skins, but for me DIOR is a more guaranteed finer finish for wearing for hours on end without worry...
Once again though, a huge thank you to Novie for all the help given out , from the USA to YORKSHIRE ENGLAND, your a STAR!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

As with some of the other reviews I find this sits in every crease and pore and also leaves my face looking chalky so nothing like advertising says

Love love the foundation it is so lightweight and the color is perfect, do not need to blotch at all. I am Hispanic and 55 years old, tend to be on the oily side and that is with moisturizer and sunscreen, my skin tone is hard to match because I am neither of the cool neutral or warm skin tones always having to mix colors to get the right shade

Never got my order being trying to get hold of company via email but not responds there is now a phone number or customer support chat I am mad 🤬

I appreciate the customer support person Carla who helped me solve the wrong colour product.
