Great product but even better support - very prompt and super friendly

Customer service was extremely quick, helpful, and easy to reach for a defective pan. They really stand by their product and it shows if you ever have an issue. Within 24 hours, they had my replacement ready to go. This makes me extremely happy to be a Made In customer, and I will continue to support this brand going forward. I have never had such an easygoing experience with a company before. MJ was awesome!

Love this company. Great professional level products and excellent service. I had a minor problem which MJ resolved immediately. All the pots and carbon steel products which I use often are amazing. Just bought the grill for outdoors and used it for pancakes which was fun. It cooks evenly and perfectly.
I have recommended this company to all my friends and they love it as well.

Purchased a Made In Procoat Non-Stick Graphite Pan for $270, naive as I was, believing that high price meant high quality. First use frying bacon, I heated the pan over medium heat before applying a little oil, when the pan started smoking - not a good sign. Afterwards, I noticed several scratches despite being careful turning the bacon. Want to warn others considering buying this expensive pan that is quite obviously using ordinary PTFE despite the marketing hype with claims like "70X longer duration", "Professional Heat Resistance". Never again will I buy anything from this company.

We’ve tried several made in pans over the years. We started with their normal nonstick products, but over the course of a year the nonstick coating would become worn and concerns of food contamination started. We ended with a ceramic coated nonstick pan, but that was even worse with the ceramic coating chipping off within one month and progressively getting worse. Clearly, there’s a bonding problem between the ceramic coating and the stainless steel substrate. Made In offered us 10% discount from the price we paid or to provide a replacement pan.

Great quality and fantastic customer service

First of all, Made In cookware has been the best investment when it comes to my kitchen cookware. So much so I have purchased two 13 piece sets (one for our main residence and one for our holiday house.)

Every piece is a work of art when you look at them and you really don't want to put a flame or oil anywhere near them but never fear because they are built to last. You will not regret purchasing any of the cookware, it has seriously taking my cooking to the next level.

Secondly, their customer service is just as impressive. Unfortunately one of the boxes did not arrive due to the poor Courier service that operates in our country and, Please, I'm sure everyone knows who I am talking about.

Made In were very apologetic in me not getting these items and quickly sent out a new set and have taken care of tracking down the lost item.]

Again, if you love cooking then look no further than Made In, they're the Ferrari of the kitchen cookware scene which is no wonder as because a lot of them are Made In... Italy.

The cookware I do like. I’ve purchased many stainless pieces to my collection over time.
My negative review is with how they ship their products in Canada by using the snail mail post. I’ve been told repeatedly that my packages will be showing up on one date and three days after, still no show. Please stop using Canada post for your cheapest shipping options. I don’t live in the best area and I don’t want my packages to grow legs and disappear before I can use them. I try to have a friend or neighbour keep a look out for them but when Canada post gives you a date it should show up on that date. Not three to four days after.
Not good Made in. Use a professional currier to handle your professional cookwares.

Lightweight, high quality cookware.
Had a slight issue with my stainless clad pans but the customer support team were an absolute joy to work with. Roselyn helped us promptly and professionally, sending us a replacement pan in no time. The customer service and warranty is so good you get absolute peace of mind with your purchase.

Highest quality cookware and one piece that did not live up to the standard after 9 months. The piece was replaced with minimal effort (sent pics via email). Can’t go wrong with anything Made In.

I wish I'd like them more, after seeing all the good reviews. I've ordered 3 items, 2 of which have some sort of imperfection and/or defect. To their credit, they did send out a new replacement right after. But unfortunately, that new replacement also comes with imperfections straight from the box. Now, with the price of the products, I was expecting it to be near perfect, if not just to keep up their online reputation. May be just me, not having the best of luck with their product.

One product was delivered damaged and they sent a replacement immediately. Quality of products are very good.

I highly recommend Made In cookware owning few mainstream stainless steel brands. Their cookware is functional, five layered, lightweight and easy to clean. I have worked with their customer service and the responses are prompt and satisfactory.

I contacted customer service this weekend with an issue and I was pleasantly surprised they responded the next day and had the issue resolved first thing Monday morning. WOW!!! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced this quick of a response from any company.
I love their products and now I love their customer service!

The product does not stand up for what it speaks. Very poor quality. I called and advised them about the situation, and they stated to cook with more greasy meats and then see what happens. Well I did what they told me to no avail.

Great customer service

I bought an entire set of Made In cookware because we installed a new induction cooktop and none of the old pans worked. First saucepan I used from the set was the small saucepan - to make rice. Period. Just rice and water - nothing else. No salt even. The pan had more than 2 dozen pitting marks in the bottom plus stains at the waterline. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! These are expensive pans and should last a lifetime - not be damaged after a single use. Made In tells me pitting is from harsh materials that eat thru the pan's protective chromium oxide layer. Really? I made rice. They are going back!!

And per other commenters - their shipping sub- contractor is terrible. Should be replaced.

I exchanged my pan for a smaller one. Easy process and MJ made it so simple.
