We used the AI to help us create an itinerary for a motorhome trip through France, Switzerland and on to the Italian lakes. The AI quickly created this and then we were directed to a lovely human called Alex who continued to help book the campsites and pitches. It wasn’t very easy for Alex as campsites are often hard to contact and need lots of info about the vehicle and travellers. She did really well though and gave us great advice about experiences, restaurants and stuff like buses from the sites into towns. A very good experience all round with the AI and especially the nice human!!

Bonjour,
Je n'ai que des soucis et aucun service client de disponible. Je n'arrive pas a reset mon Mot de passe pour accéder à mon compte qui arrive déjà expiré dans ma boîte aux lettres et j'ai des prélèvements PayPal qui apparaissent sans que j'en sois le demandeur.
Update 16/08 un service client est entré en contact et semble avoir réglé le soucis dans l'attente d'être sûr je mets à jour mon avis.

Ich war am Anfang sehr skeptisch
Ich war am Anfang sehr skeptisch, doch die Planung mit Layla hat sich im Nachhinein als gewinnbringend herausgestellt. Das Schöne ist, dass man auch mit einer realen Person reden kann. Das macht das Ganze für mich vertrauenswürdig und real. Wir haben unsere Reise nach Sri Lanka mit Layla geplant. Die Ki hat uns eine richtig tolle Reise zusammengestellt, an der wir zusammen gefeilt haben. Layla hat uns unsere Unterkünfte nach unseren Vorstellungen ausgesucht und gebucht, hat uns Tipps gegeben, wo wir essen oder einen Café trinken können, hat uns unsere Aktivitäten gebucht oder uns vorgeschlagen, wo wir auf unserer Rundreise Stopps einlegen können. Die Reise war großartig und wir wurden in keiner Hinsicht enttäuscht. Wir hatten 2-3 kleine Probleme, als z.B. das Datum der gebuchten Aktivität nicht gestimmt hat. Da uns dies aber aufgefallen war, hat Layla die Änderung selbstständig vorgenommen. Des Weiteren war einmal das Hotel überbucht und wir konnte problemlos das Hotel stornieren und uns selbst etwas buchen. Die Rückerstattung erfolgte sehr zügig. Mir persönlich hat auch der persönliche Kontakt zu Ricardo sehr gut gefallen. Er war immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Und dass man mit ihm über FaceTime kommunizieren konnte, gab uns einfach auch Sicherheit. Die Hotel, die ausgesucht wurden, waren phänomenal und die Ausflüge, die gebucht wurden, waren auch echt toll. Wir konnten wundervolle Erinnerungen sammeln und wurden in keiner Hinsicht enttäuscht. Ich werde die nächste Reise auch mit Layla planen. Und auch die Planung kleiner Ausflüge lohnt sich, oder wenn man sich nur ein gutes Café sucht… icv finde, dass 60€ nicht zu teuer sind. Im Reisebüro zahlt man schließlich auch für den Service….
Ich werde Layla auch in Zukunft für nutzen, da die KI immer gute Inspiration liefern kann.

Mon expérience avec cette ia qui je l'espérais, pouvait m'aider à planifier un voyage. Bon je démarre la conversation :

j'obtiens quelques réponses.
Je demande un renseignement sur les vols, là ça commence à déconner sec. Aucun moyen de lui faire comprendre que je ne veux qu'une escale (les vols existent en 1 escale, j'ai vérifié). Donc toujours la réponse avec deux escales, ensuite elle me remplit mes jours de congés avec des sorties que je n'ai pas demander. J'ai lancé un grand nombre de requêtes pour réussir à effacer ses activités non souhaitées.
Le but de cette IA est de planifier un trajet vite fait et de passer la main à un soi-disant expert pour qu'il vous vende des activités, des nuits d''hôtel...
Cette IA est une grosse m***e. C'est une arnaque complète. Pour info, j'ai payé, je ne suis pas utilisateur gratuit.

It works!
What I liked most about Layla.ai is that I was able to build a wonderful trip without having a clear idea about where I wanted to go or what I wanted to do. I posed several concepts, built around my self-identified preferences (e.g. I don't shop, no resorts, live music a plus, don't care about museums). Layla.ai constructed multiple itineraries from which I then chose.
That said, I experienced more than a little anxiety trusting the process - the time between paying Layla.ai and receiving tickets, vouchers and confirmations was a couple of weeks. Normally, of course, any one of us can accomplish these tasks in a day.
But, I'm glad to report, my trust (patience?) was rewarded - beyond having to describe my self and interests, followed by a (only possibly) "in-person" call, I didn't have to do much and everything about my trip worked perfectly.

fatti i 3 gg di prova, hanno fatto partire in automatico l'abbonamento con relativo addebito annuale. Ho mandato mail dicendo che io non intendevo abbonarmi e dopo diversi chiarimenti si sono resi disponibili a rimborsarmi l'addebito. Si sono dimostrati decisamente corretti e di parola.

Irrsinn-einfach nicht nutzen schont die Nerven
Irrsinn! Dafür verlangen die Geld, unfassbar. Der reihe nach: als Vielreisender habe ich mich gefreut, dieses Tool entdeckt zu haben. OK komm, teste ich 50 Euro im jahr investiere ich gernme. Dann bei meinen ersten Suchen: Probleme beim Finden von Direktflügen, hat trotz mehrfacher Hinweise und Interventionen immer Umsteigeflüge gebracht. Abgebrochen Support informiert, Entschuldigung und eine Teilrückerstattung bekommen. Wochen später erneut probiert-wieder das selbe: kann keine Direktflüge auswerisen-folglich zeigt er 9 h statt 3 Stunden und berechnet höhere Preise. 5mal darauf hingewiesen, keine Korrektur gelungen. Ich bin ehrlich: selten ein solch nutzloses, zeitverschwendendes Tool wie dieses hier gefunden. Nachdem ich diese freundliche Bewertung hier auf Trustpilot veröffentlich hatte, hat das Unternehmen gegenüber Trustpilot behauptet, ich sei gar kein Kunde des Unternehmens. Also wurde ich von Trustpilot angemailt: wenn Sie nicht die kommenden drei Tage einen Nachweis vorlegen, dass Sie Kunde von layla.ai sind, löschen wir Ihre Bewertung. Also habe ich Nachweise erbracht und die Bewertung wurde freigeschalten.Es soll sich nun jeder selber sein Bild machen. ich selbst habe sehr negative Erfahrungen gesammelt udn wirklich viel Zeit für sinnlose KI-Recherche verklopft-da bin ich händisch über Google schneller.

Great Holiday - perfect support
Overall Great Holiday, they took care of everything and made sure everything ran smoothly. Even though there were a few complications on side of hotels/bike rentals, they toke care of it and handeled everything.
I will definetly plan my next few holidays again with Layla.

It's really good. Not perfect, but support and service is great and they fix any issue you have quickly and professionally. The product experience is spot on and the AI suggests things that I wouldn't have considered and has great discovery capabilities.

I have tried planning a few trips with…
I have tried planning a few trips with Layla with little success.
The first was a train trip from Denmark to Italy where it kept routing me to the airport, so I could fly. It also lectured me about how long the trip would take. For trains I have found it easier to use Trainline.
The second trip was a car trip to a little village in Italy. It kept sending me to the airport to fly there and wouldn't help me book a hotel in the city i wanted to stay in but kept suggesting the same hotel in a city 100 miles away. It is better to use Wanderlog.
The third trip I tried to plan was by plane, which I think is Laylas prefered mode of travel. Unfortunately it kept routing me away from the local airport to the regional airport two hours away. We just booked through SAS and booking.com.
This tool is obviously for people who don't travel very often or have any basic knowledge of europe.
I did unfortunately subscribe for a year and when i realized it was rubbish i canceled my subscription for the coming year. It has not blocked med entirely from using it. I have contacted the company without any resolution.

Layla helps you to get an idea for what possibilities you have on your vacation. To completely plan a trip, I am not convinced Layla is the best option right now but maybe in the Future. The Customer support was great.
