Unfortunately, your sample order was affected by an issue within the courier's updated shipping system, which caused a number of shipments to become delayed while in transit. As soon as we became aware of the problem, we reprinted and resent the samples with an alternative carrier to get them on their way as quickly as possible.
We were also sorry to learn that the samples did not leave the impression you had hoped for.
While we regret the inconvenience caused, we sincerely hope you were satisfied with the support and resolution we provided. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience we deliver.

It is a lovely quality print
It is a lovely quality print but it does not give you much room for error. We unfortunately ended with a small gap at the top towards end.

We’re sorry to hear that you ended up with a small gap at the top during installation. To help account for walls and ceilings that may not be perfectly straight or level, we do recommend adding a safety margin of 5–10 cm (2–4 inches) to both the width and height when placing your order. This is also mentioned during the measurement step in the ordering process. The extra margin gives you a little flexibility for trimming and helps ensure a perfect fit, even on uneven surfaces or with minor installation variations.

Beautiful, high-quality wallpaper
We ordered the Burnham Sage mural wallpaper for our daughters’ bathroom after being disappointed by the quality of wallpaper I had previously purchased elsewhere. The wallpaper from Hovia was exactly what we had been looking for — beautiful, high-quality, and easy to work with.
Unfortunately, our measurements were slightly off, and we needed additional paper. Chris responded quickly and was wonderful to work with throughout the process. When the new panels arrived and didn’t line up properly, he immediately had them reprinted and shipped via rush delivery.
We won't hesitate to use Hovia again for both their exceptional wallpaper quality and outstanding customer service!

The wallpaper looks great, the paste went on well. It is just tricky lining up a dark wallpaper to show no joins when the image is printed on white paper.
