Amazing painting

The experience was great. So much so that I have ordered twice and am about to order another time. They are prompt and accurate. You can trust your project with them they will not let you down.

I emailed a question about my order and I got a response IN MINUTES! That just doesn't happen these days! Thank you!

Great experience ordering print art and getting proofs. Was able to change picture after proofing and Lime and Lou handled it great and in a timely manner. Very pleased with the process.

I ordered a piece as a wedding gift for my wife. The order was placed on June 18th, with our destination wedding scheduled for July 14th. The ordering process is excellent and very user-friendly. I had placed an order with them about two months prior, and everything went smoothly then, with the piece arriving exactly when expected.

Unfortunately, this time there was an issue in the production department, and my order fell well behind schedule. Since I was leaving for my wedding on July 10th, that was the absolute deadline for receiving it. I initially contacted support through their website—I wouldn't recommend that, as you only get automated chatbot responses. Following a tip from another reviewer, I reached out via Instagram instead. That put me in touch with a real human (whose name I unfortunately never caught). From that point on, they took full charge of the situation and did everything possible—and even the impossible—to ensure I received my piece on time. A huge thank you to that person.

The product is wonderful, the prices are fair, and the customer support is outstanding, provided you reach out via Instagram (and perhaps other social media). I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a Music Memories Custom Canvas for our wedding anniversary and mistakenly put another item in my cart. The team reached out to inquire about the item and fixed my error right away. The Canvas itself arrived quickly, looks fantastic, and was a big hit.

Our son is a musician and we ordered a print of his most meaningful song to date as an early birthday gift.
It turned out perfectly and he absolutely loves it! Such a treasure!

I ordered a framed canvas as a gift for my first wedding anniversary, but it arrived completely incorrect, without the wooden frame (the day to day product they sell), there was no protection inside the package and the delivery guy stepped on the box with a visible footprint on the packaging. Because of their production blunder, and delayed response in getting this gift rectified, I had absolutely nothing to give my wife on our actual anniversary.

Mistakes happen, but their customer service process is deeply flawed. Instead of instantly apologising and rushing out a replacement, they spent nearly to-weeks playing word games in emails to protect their own bottom line.

They repeatedly tried to offer a "complimentary" remake as if they were doing me a favour, rather than just fulfilling the order I already paid for. They even tried to negotiate charging me 70% of the cost for a failed service.

They have finally agreed to a full refund, but only after a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth for nearly two weeks.

If you are buying a meaningful gift for a special occasion, avoid this company. They care far more about their profit margins than customer satisfaction, and their delays completely ruined a major milestone for us.

Lime & Lou is great, their designs are fun, unique, and thoughtful -- they make amazing custom gifts. Their customer service is also incredibly helpful. When I had a question about my order, they were so fast to respond and help. I highly recommend Lime & Lou.

I would NOT recommend ordering from this company — save yourself the headache. I ordered a custom watercolor photo for my first wedding anniversary, and it arrived mounted way off center. Customer service was quick to respond and sent a replacement, but that one showed up ALSO off center, plus covered in glue smudges and fingerprints all over the frame. How does that pass quality control twice?

I'm now a full month past my anniversary with nothing to show for it — no correct picture, just wasted time and a ruined milestone. Extremely disappointing experience.

Do NOT order from this company if you actually care about getting what you paid for.

Lime and Lou hit itout of the park with my latest design. The design was very detailed and it was a great gift!

The ordering process was easy, but the original delivery date was set for July 12th which would have made it here in time for my Anniversary. The current delivery date now says it will be here tomorrow the 14th but when I look at the progress of the item it's still being made. There is no way it will be here tomorrow in time for my Anniversary. Also I haver no further emails stating the progress of the item. Ive had 50 emails trying to get me to buy other products though. Pretty frustrating.

Pretty easy to navigate through and the prices are excellent. I have been looking for a lost photo from our honeymoon fifty years ago and finally found it so this is working out great!
My wife just happened to order a wall art record of one of our wedding songs from L&L! Quite the coincidence! Too COOL!

Horrible quality and a total scam, do not waste your money here. 400 dollars down the drain

Response time is fast. My indications were taken seriously. I changed things and they will make the changes instantly. I will, definitely, use them again and again and again.

The shopping is easy but you have to wait for a couple days to see what your order looks like. If I could see what the order looks like at the time of my request I would be far more likely to add additional photos to turn to art using your offer. Without being able to see the proposed result why would I order another painting blind? That is an upsell opportunity right away. Again, I need to see what I am getting before I would decide if I want more.

I had the pleasure of working with production team because I really didn't know how I wanted the design to be. They were very quick in responding and making it all come together. I am now waiting on such a beautiful gift that I can't wait to give to my daughter and son-in-law for their 20th wedding anniversary! I will pass the word forward as to what a great company they are! I have ordered from this company many times and the recipients of my purchases were in awe of the craftsmanship. I recently purchased wedding gifts that I realized were incorrect when I received them. With the wedding being two weeks out, customer service went beyond my highest expectations to correct the order, and shipped in time for the wedding. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the communication about my order, which was partially my error. Thank you!

I placed an order June 24 and it was due to ship on July 2 for arrival of an anniversary gift on July 10. As of today July 7 it still has not moved. This will not make my date. I am so disappointed. The CS response has been horrible and will never order from this company again.
