Budgey Cashback Recenzje 

Ich habe am 03.08. als Erstbesteller eine Gutscheinkarte für Groupon über die App gekauft, die ich aufgrund einer Fehlermeldung nicht einlösen kann. Das Problem habe ich Budgey-Team am 04.08. mitgeteilt.am 06.08. kam die Mitteilung dass "Kontakt zum Partner" aufgenommen wurde und ein paar Tage dauern kann.
Am 17.08. habe ich mal nachgefragt und nachdem ich nix gehört habe,am 21.08 erinnert.... Reaktionszeiten und kundenservice sind für mich nicht zufriedenstellend.

I received many times cashback with Holidaycheck from other cashback companies.
Budgey was the first one that did not work.

I have been using this app for years when it was called Widilo. Used to work just fine, from time to time the payouts might be delayed but at least they would be remitted in the end.
Now, after one and a half month, my payout, around £50, is still pending and it looks like no actual customer service atm. Some users seemingly have the same issue and I'd suggest no to use it, at least not for the time being.

Update 24.07.26:
My withdrawal was finally processed on 22 July and I received the bank transfer today. I still feel that 7 weeks is an unacceptable time to wait considering their own timescales say 10 working days.

I joined in October 2025, finally had enough cashback to withdraw in early June 2026, still not had the withdrawal.
I selected bank transfer so I could get the full amount and it’s shown as pending since 4 June.
I’ve raised a ticket and it’s now been 15 working days, no response. I don’t hold high hopes that I’ll actually get the withdrawal.

It’s a shame as the offers seem good and process in a fairly quick time but clearly the aim is to hold onto your cashback for themselves.

Kauf auf eBay wurde nicht erfasst, obwohl direkt von App aus im Browser geöffnet und gekauft. Nachbuchungsanfragen werden konsequent abgelehnt und auf FAQs verwiesen, die nicht hilfreich sind. Auf konkrete Nachfragen, warum das Cashback abgelehnt wurde, wurde immer mit denselben Textbausteinen geantwortet.

Most of my experience with budgey was okay, for me other cashback providers were quicker to acknowledge the cashback and also do not have such a high hurdle for payout.

The biggest problem for me is the customer support. I made a purchase for some new chairs which were quite expensive. There was a 7% cashback with budgey but they based the cashback value from a wrong (lower) prices.

Problem #1: You can only submit a support ticket after the cashback is received, so I had to wait for a few months before being able to write a ticket to the customer support. Of course I attached the invoice where the price (including tax value) were all listed (which is needed for the cashback calculation).

They then received and replied to me that they will check in with the shop where I bought it. So far so fine.

Problem #2: After another month of waiting on the response from the partner shop they said: "After reviewing and consulting with our partner shop, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request" (translated from German to English). There was exactly no reasoning behind the closing of the ticket and why my request was shutdown. I provided all the information they need and I get no explanation or reasoning why they calculated the price for the cashback way lower.

Of course errors may happen, and since you can not respond in the old ticket(?!) I created a new one with all the information again and the reference to the old ticket.

After a week I did receive the same automated messages, again with no information or reasoning at all!

There is not even another option to get in contact with them except for their rigid ticketing system, there seems to be no human support contact available actually reading the content and invoices I provided.

My advise: Stay away!

I bought giftcard on budget.de, my order was suspended and they ask me to give me id and my cards. I sent them the pictures then they stop responding, keeping all my giftcards!

Mein Alibaba-Einkauf in Höhe von 856,00 USD wurde nicht getrackt. Die Cashback-Rate betrug 10,37 %, was einem ausstehenden Cashback-Betrag von 88,77 USD entspricht.

Trotz nachgereichter Rechnungen wurde der Vorgang nicht erfolgreich bearbeitet. Stattdessen erhielt ich lediglich die Aussage, dass man nichts dagegen tun könne. Das ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, da der Einkauf ordnungsgemäß erfolgt ist und alle erforderlichen Nachweise vorliegen.

Do not sign up it’s a con it’s taking me over a year to get to the min £20 payment. Of which 28 days after I requested it still hasn’t arrived the communication is absolutely shocking. I don’t hold out for the payment it’s about getting your data for free probably oh and on top of the Microsoft edge chrome and safari have blocked the website from working on your browser

What an absolute joke. I'm waiting since September 2025 (and also on another from November 2025) to receive both of my cashbacks from Brittany Ferries. What a farce. Due to book my ferry return trips again for this Sept and won't be using this shower 😔

Ich habe bisher nur gute Erfahrungen mit Budgey gemacht. Das Tracking funktioniert gut und die Cashbackrate ist auch gut. Wie bei allen anderen Anbietern gibt es Shops die werden besser oder weniger gut vergütet als wie woanders.
Auszahlungen funktionieren auch immer ohne Probleme.
Zum Support kann ich nichts sagen, den brauchte ich noch nicht zu kontaktieren.

NICHT ZUVERLÄSSIG, eher vermeiden und andere, zuverlässigere Cashback-Portale wählen.

Hatte bereits 2 Erfahrungen mit Budgey, jedes Mal das gleiche Spiel:

- sie werben zwar mit hohen, attraktiven Cashback-Raten
- nach dem Kauf wird das Cashback jedoch nicht getrackt
- Anfrage über Nachbuchung wird erstellt
- Nach sehr langer Prüfdauer lehnt der Verkäufer das Cashback ab und Budgey "kann leider nichts mehr machen" und schließt die Anfrage

SEHR ENTTÄUSCHEND

I transferred cashback to my bank account in September, and it has still not been received in my bank account. Despite having contacted them twice, they have closed my requests - total scam and not worth the effort

Very slow and unreliable. App now seems to be completely defunct and I can't access my saved up cashback. Do not use.

Die App ist super, alles sehr überschaubar und einfach zu verstehen. Das Cashback wird super getrackt und die Auszahlungen sind ebenfalls unkompliziert. Alles in einem eine super App die klar zu empfehlen ist.

Es gibt Gutscheine die man verdienen kann

Cashback wurde nach Kauf von Geschenkkarten umgehend gutgeschrieben

Mit dem Rewards-Programm von Budgey habe ich eine positive Erfahrung gemacht.
Nach 37 Tagen erhielt ich von der Plattform den Bronze-Status und sehe damit höheren Belohnungen entgegen.
