VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH BGMGIRL HAIR – BUYERS BEWARE!

I am extremely disappointed with BGMgirl Hair and the way they have handled my missing order.

I placed an order expecting to receive my hair by August 19, 2026. It has now been over TWO MONTHS, and I have neither received my package nor been issued a refund.

According to the FedEx tracking information, my package was marked as delivered on August 11. However, the delivery photograph shows a location that is not my address.

What disappoints me most is BGMgirl Hair’s complete lack of accountability and urgency in resolving this matter.

I have purchased more than SIX wigs from BGMgirl Hair over the years. I trusted this company and considered myself a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of them.

Instead of taking responsibility for ensuring that I receive the product I paid for, BGMgirl Hair continues to tell me that FedEx is still investigating.

How long should a paying customer have to wait for a company to resolve a delivery problem?

It has been over two months, and I am still receiving the same response: “Your package is still under investigation.”

Even more frustrating is their lack of communication. They do not proactively update me about the situation. I have had to repeatedly follow up, asking for answers about a package I paid for and never received.

To anyone considering purchasing wigs from BGMgirl Hair, please be cautious.

My experience has shown me that when something goes wrong with delivery, you may find yourself waiting months without your product, a refund, or a clear resolution.

BGMgirl Hair is not the company I remember. Customer loyalty should mean something, especially when someone has supported your business through multiple purchases.

I expected better customer service, accountability, and respect for loyal customers.

I am no longer interested in endless investigations and repeated apologies. I want a FULL REFUND for the product I never received.

Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend BGMgirl Hair to anyone.

A company should not only care about making a sale. It should also take responsibility when customers do not receive what they paid for.

I recently installed this hair, and so far, I’m really loving it! 😍 The hair is very full, has a beautiful texture, and is quite easy to work with. It was manageable during installation, and I love how it looks and blends into my overall look. The hair feels soft, and I’m really happy with how it turned out so far. I’m excited to see how it holds up with continued wear, but my first impression has been great! ❤️

Great customer service and nice afro hair:
I have been looking for wigs that look like afro and i saw Bgmg wigs. I was skeptical at first but the customer service was great . Then my wig arrived. I love it so much. I’m so returning for more.

I am very happy with the wig I purchased and plan to buy from BGMgirl Hair again!

I purchased the 180 density C-half wig in 24 inch. It came in a color 2/darkest brown which mostly matches my natural color. The curls are still there after washing and combing which is great! It blends well with my 3c/4a/4b hair type which I am happy about! It also holds curls well with perm rods so you can manipulate the wig to look like your real hair. I especially like that this cap is spacious! I don't like having my braids too tight so the cap size needs to reach at least 23 inches.

If I could leave zero stars for these people I would! I ordered hair from these people 3 weeks before I needed it, their site stated that they ship within 3 days. I got an email 3 days after placing my order with lame apology about them being flooded with orders. 10 days later my order still wasn’t shipped. At this point I knew I wasn’t going to get this hair in time for my trip so I emailed asking for a refund. These people emailed me pretending like they’ve already shipped my order, this was fake. I tracked my order for the next 3 days, this was about a week before I needed the hair, and my order hadn’t actually been shipped, all it said was it was getting prepared for shipping. These people knew fully well that they didn’t have this hai I. Stick and yet they left it on their website. Now not only will I have to make plan B for my travel plans, but this hair will likely arrive when I’m away!!! When I don’t need it anymore!!!!!Simply because they would not issue me a refund. I would not recommend these people at all. But hair from them at your own risk. This was my first time buying from BGMI and am nit going to buy from them again. They are unreliable!!!!!

This is the best company to buy your curly bang wigs! I’ve bought from bgm two years ago the same wig, it was actually so much better than all the other wigs I’ve gotten because they had a problem matting at the back, but the wig I bought from them didn’t mat at all and actually lasted me 1.5 years. I bought the kinky curly bang wig 180% and it looks like they revamped it! It looks way more better and i actually quite enjoy it. the cap isn’t too small on my head and there’s combs and other things to secure the wig to my hair tightly! I’ve cut and styled the hair and it looks so great! It took 6 days for it to arrive. It came with combs, a wig band, edge brush, 3 wig caps and a small bag to put the wig in. Love it so much there wasn’t a smell either, it was supper affordable also!!!!! Thank you bgm!!!

I went back and forth between a few different websites before ordering from BGM Girl Hair, but I ended up choosing them because of all the good reviews. I got the 20-inch 250% density Afro Curly wig, and honestly, I was a little worried at first because I wasn’t sure how the curls would turn out.

Once I added some water, mousse, and styling cream, the curls came out SO good 😭. The hair is full, soft, and the curl pattern is really pretty. I haven’t even cut or layered it yet because I’m scared to mess it up lol, but I’ve been loving it as is. I’ve just been using hair pins to lift the front a little.

The delivery was also surprisingly quick and only took about a week to arrive. The communication with the brand was really good too. They responded to my emails in a timely manner and kept me updated, which I really appreciated because ordering hair online can be stressful when you don’t know what to expect.

So far, I’m really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend BGM Girl Hair. I’m excited to see how the hair holds up over time!

I’m honestly very impressed with this wig. Since it’s made with human hair and an HD lace , the results look high-end and realistic. The lace blends beautifully and gives that seamless “scalp” look—no harsh lines.

Also, I love that it’s pre-everything and ready to wear. I didn’t have to do much at all to get it looking great. The hair lays smoothly, the style is flattering, and it has a nice natural shine/texture that doesn’t look stiff or synthetic.

Comfort-wise, it feels secure and wearable right away. Overall, this wig exceeded my expectations and I’d definitely recommend it!

Their lace is extremely easy to work with even for beginners, love the extra gifts try add. The hair is very soft, true to length and density and doesn’t have the fly away short strands. I love it and will definitely be purchasing from them again:)

Absolute Scammers!!! Made my order on the 16th, still no tracking number or delivery update. I asked for a refund and they kept saying its in your country and will be delivered soon. I've sent email over email and guess what, they kept sending me the same email over and over. I kept saying to them, I need my money back ASAP hence they've failed their duties as a company. They said i might not be entitled for a refund because my hair was on some discount. I then contacted klana to intervene..Thanks to Klana! They've sent me a confirmation of my refund, which I'll get within 7 working days. Avoid them!!!!! Scammers!!!!!

I ordered the 250% density kinky half wig and I’m pretty sure they sent me the 150% density instead. I compared it to the 180% density kinky wig I bought from them 3 years ago, and even after years of shedding and wear, the old one still feels way denser than this “250%” wig.

At this point I’m honestly frustrated with wig websites because why am I paying so much just to not receive what was advertised? The quality and consistency never match the pictures. Starting to feel like I might as well order from AliExpress instead.

I was anxious again that this hair would look magnificent and beautiful on the website, and that I would be disappointed upon the arrival of my order. But wow, this hair has exceeded all expectations; it is full and neat, and the wear and go is absolutely fantastic.

I've purchased 2 wigs on BGM hair. The lace wig I purchased was great quality, amazing and long-lasting.

But the burmese curly half wig I purchased 3 months ago has been disappointing. Out of the box it was soft and great quality for a few wears. As soon as I put it under water to wash it, it got so tangled up as if the hair was synthetic. It took so much gentle combing just to get it all combed out and soft but there was SO MUCH shedding hair. Ever since that one wash with conditioner, the hair gets so tangled easy and constantly sheds. Really annoyed as I spent £150 on it and cannot even wear it more than a few hours before the quality gets matted up

Best wig company ever, they have excellent customer service. Am really in love with Bgmgirl hair company and their hair.

This is the second time ordering from BGMgirl. I initially ordered the 9x6 M-cap kinky straight hair,32 inches with 250% density. However, the processing time took almost two weeks. So I reached out to customer service to inquire about my order. They were very quick to response and explained why my order was taking so long. In short, I exchanged my order for what was available at the moment which was the 9x6 M-cap kinky straight, 30 inches with 180% density. Processing and shipping time was very fast. I received a refund price right away (same day). Customer service was also consistently reaching out to me to make sure I received my order and was happy with the changes. I am extremely happy with the wig I received and will say it's one of the best purchases I have ever done. The wig is so soft, long, very full even for a 180% density with very minimal shedding which is normal. I will definitely order from BGMgirl again.
