Not the best customer experience
I bought a car from this company, left by other client in consignment, and the history of the car itself and other details are not provided on site, not at the moment of deal nor purchase completed.
The car has a record of accident, but they could not explain where the damage was inflicted. I was able to identify the damaged area after visiting a body shop.
I requested the insurance reference (every vehicle in Poland has to have one). Asked the seller (not the previous owner, as I didn't have any contact number).
No return to my calls. I gave up and run a round of searching to find the company and insurance reference (you are required to inform the insurance company you are the new owner after purchase).
During test drive no warning in the dashboard about the required oil exchange (around 20.000 KM), but the moment the car returned to parking lot and engine restarted, the alert light up, and I was told to perform the oil change by myself. I can only suspect that the alert was reset prior the test drive, to not display for some period of time.
Also: the car had some 'hidden' issues, found shortly after (arm holder from the passenger side broken, heating system failure).
