I haven’t even received mine yet, so I can’t judge the product! I thought I had only ordered “the major “discount” of the century! The ordering process is so confusing - it keeps bomarding you with other offers. When I saw my credit card statement, it was way more than I thought.
Contacted them only to be told I’m on subscription and they had already added the next instalment! I swear I didn’t subscribe! I have contacted them again telling them to cancel the subscription. Weirdly enough - no reply. Not happy at all - I haven’t even tried it and it appears - tied to them for life! Will be notifying my bank tomorrow.
I should learn, but life lesson - if your checkout experience with anything is too complicated - Don’t do it!!!

Fast reply and excellent service

I would give zero stars if I could. Very poor customer service. They fraudulently charged my credit card stating that I asked for VIP subscription. This was not the case. I have sent numerous emails and all I get from them is that there is nothing I can do and that I have a credit for a product that I will never order again.

It's funny to me because I've written 3 reviews, different times around the date of my AllFemme purchases, giving my honest opinion, and completely forget about it. Well I decided to see how many reviews I did, and to realise I'm basically saying the same thing in each review! So it just serves as proof that AllFemme is a product made for women indeed. There's no need to script it. The proof is literally in their gummies!

i don't buy from them no more, terrible customer service and company ethics. i never received my product because it was stolen with proof as of why? it took me filling a complaint with the office of general attorney, which made them responded. however, that was two months after and it still took weeks to send the replacement out.once again the delivery company they partners with keep falling to do their job by abandoning my package in a public area not once but twice with proof of what they are doing.the situation is still not resolved to this day. it's a shame because the product is great but the company is not.

I had difficulty trying to access a page to change my subscription so I contacted AllFemme. Customer Service replied promptly and offered me various options then confirmed a change to my preferred option. A quick and smooth procedure, great Customer Service.

FRAUD. deducted the money for one purchase from the credit card 3 times! they did not return the money. customer support say they put it just in case on you inner credit store and refuse to refund. so called credit store empty. lost 170 euros in total

I ordered ALLFEMME from their website when they had a promotion for $ 69.97 for two bottles and one free.
The company charged me $ 89.97 for three bottles. I could not find a customer service phone number to contact them about the $ 20.00 discrepancy. Yesterday, less than a month after my first purchase, the company tried to deduct an additional $ 89.97 from my debit card. I did not authorize or make any additional purchases. Fortunately, my bank contacted me about this potential charge and refused to pay it. I now have to get a new debit card to prevent any future fraudulent ALLFEMME charges.

The customer support people were great. They listened to what I was saying and solved my problem immediately. I definitely recommend their products and customer service team.

The fact that the team was quick to respond to my queries and act promptly when I wanted to cancel the ongoing charges attached to my initial purchase. They were very helpful. I received the order faster than anticipated. The product was great.
