I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT USE!
I have emailed several times to customer support where someone called ‘Sarah’ replies saying:
“Unfortunately, we could not find any account associated with your email address in our system”
However, I keep getting the following to the same email address that they cannot find:
“$14.90 payment to Cheateye.ai was unsuccessful
We attempted to charge your Mastercard ending in xxxx for your Cheateye.ai subscription again, but were unsuccessful. Please update your billing information to continue your subscription”
I never signed up for a subscription in the first place!
Thankfully, my card provider has blocked them so no payments are going out, but u keep getting the same email over and over…..
DO NOT USE!

Scum of the earth and thieves. They took another 30 euro off my card tgis month for absolutely nothing. This is fraud and an online scam dont use it

Doesn't work. Customer service refuses to refund. Payment is minimized but after choosing, you find out it's per week but they charge you for an entire month. It's a scam service

14 matchs annoncés tous très éloignés de la photo du visage donnée, et surtout on voit que les profils proposés sont tous sauf des profils de notre ville. Profils générés par IA ou profils américains nous faisant croire que c’est des profils à côté de chez nous 🫩😂🤬

Bref du vol en bande organisée …

Scam site, you'll get a list of people with the same name but won't get a report that specify or say anything about the infividual you're paying the report for. For example: when the "report" is ready it's just a link with people of the same name, they give you the full name of the person of interest but no information whatsoever. They know this, will answer emails but won't refund or give you any sort of information. DO NOT SPEND ON THEIR "SERVICES" IT'S A SCAM.

Biggest POS ever, could not get the sex of my girlfriend right, thought Emma was a boys name and then showed me a bunch of guys of which maybe 1 out of 10 were anywhere near her age.

Total scam, worst results of any service paid or unpaid I have ever used, do not under any circumstances give these people any money.

I was only using to help my girlfriend tidy up her social media and it did not even find the stuff we knew about/remembered.

As useless as it gets.

Don't make the same mistake I did in my desperation and spend your money on this scam.

You always have to log in to the site again to see your report. I searched for a Finnish, Finnish-named man from a small Finnish city and all I got were foreign names, clearly stolen (poor quality) profile pictures and they were all supposedly "females", even though the profile pictures said otherwise and I searched for a male.

Now I'm desperately trying to get my 17.90 euros back and I doubt I'll ever see it again. I'm ashamed.

Les gens, ne vous faites pas avoir, tout est faux. Les avis 5 étoiles que vous voyez sont faux aussi. Je n’ai pas de compte et j’ai essayé avec mes propres données et ça met plus de 500 résultats, en bref c’est juste pour récupérer de la thune.

after running a scan,i got charged and no results delivered

Charged 17.99 and gave me 15 people none that matched person name or info. TOTAL SCAM

C’est une arnaque j’ai essayé avec ma propre photo de profil et ça me montre des profils qui sont pas du tout les miens car je sais ce que j’ai et n’ai pas

Jai pris l'essai a 1.60€
Après 10min jai compris que cetait une arnaque quand jai mis ma propre photo alors que je n'ai aucun profil sur des sites et quil ma trouvé sur soit disant hinge et tinder.
Exactement pareil pour mon copain.
Peu importe la photo que je mets .. ils trouvent quelque chose.
Tester avec votre photo vous verrez.
Combien de couples ont été détruit par désespoir de trouver la vérité et se sont juste fait arnaqués au final. Cela devrait être signalé en masse. Jai annulé l'essai genre 10min après et jai été prélèvé de 47 euros pour leur abonnement mensuel. !! Et quand je retourne dessus mon abonnement est noté comme actif or que jai bien fais la démarche de désabonnement.

Ca ne fait aucune recherche, ca ne fait que de l'acquisition de mail

I paid for this app thinking it’d help me follow my online orders, but it kept freezing and giving outdated info. I reached out to support a few times and mostly got copy-paste replies that didn’t help at all. After a week of trying, I gave up. Later I found a PI named 247 Easytracking and, honestly, it just worked right away without any stress.

Totally a scam. I regret putting my money in it. Hopefully didn’t get my card information stolen. Don’t fall for this! Really!

Not me paying $9.99 to catch a cheater. Worth every cent.

Relationship ended in 30 seconds. Efficient.
