A mí me cerraron una cuenta con un Bono entero de +791€ .
Son unos LADRONES, espero que acaben todos en la cárcel.

Hello my name is shehla akram I simply trade on my account with 0.3 lot size and maked 386$ on the account and make the withdrawl after some hours I got an email from their support team asking for re KYC and I am likeeeee what? they said they said they found the pattern that is restricted haha means who ever will make the profit on this broker the got triggered because they are totally working as an B book broker simple and the wont like any one who makes profit after yku make profit they will make excuses you wont imagine also poor support system

this broker is just scamming they are not paying withdrawal even initial deposit they just unverified accounts and not verified and not paying initial amount so stay away from this broker

Update: The company responded publicly, but they still did not explain why my identity verification was rejected. They only provided a generic response. I have contacted the Compliance Team multiple times and submitted valid documents, but I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a fair review of my case. I simply want my verification completed so I can withdraw my funds.

Stay Away from this broker. Withdraw denial. Closes out your trade without stop lost triggers, no slippage, or without any proper reasoning. Waste of money and time. STAY FAR AWAY.

Honestly, this is a great trading platform. Man I wish they were on TradeLocker too, if only. But no seriously, this is a great broker. Very transparent. They're fair with their spreads. A fully A- Book broker. I reccommend to any trader. I give their platform an A grade!

1xTrade Review – Extremely Unacceptable Experience

My experience with 1xTrade has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I deposited $800 and was able to trade and grow my account to around $3,500. My first withdrawal of $500 went through smoothly and fairly fast, which gave me confidence in the platform.

However, when I requested a second withdrawal of $850, everything changed. Instead of processing it like before, my account was suddenly closed. It feels like they were fine with me withdrawing small amounts or my initial deposit, but once I tried to withdraw a larger portion of my profits—money I actually earned—they decided to shut down my account.

They stated they would refund my original deposit, but closing my account right after I tried to withdraw my gains felt extremely suspicious and unfair.

This is not a one-off feeling either. I’ve since come across other people sharing similar complaints about withdrawal issues and accounts being restricted when profits are involved.

On top of that, there are a large number of 5-star reviews, which, in my opinion, seem questionable given the experience I had.

Overall, I strongly advise people to be very careful before trusting this broker. My experience made it feel like everything is fine until you try to withdraw significant profits—then things change completely.

This broker had a glitch with my account and I contacted support and they resolved it professionally. I have not had any withdrawal troubles with them in the past either. Faith restored after reading the bad reviews

Scam… closed some positions in profit but still they been closed out like a BE. Been stopped out of 450 when positions reached equity of -200. Clearly a scam. This bonus is a joke .

I was going to reply to your reply but im unable to so im just editing my original post. You wanted proof and I can't even attach pictures. I'm here to say my money was refunded and was given 40$ non withdrawable bonus which is nice so ima pumb the review to a 3 star. Although if i was risking tens of thousands on the line and your system issue caused me to miss out on 10k, 20k i would've been more frustrated. And, since then I tried to deposit money and it appers my account is nagtive on the 1x trade portal but on metatrader its not. So i was forced to deposit on a different broker for now. If you like I can communicate via email || {I was Recommend by Fxalex to use this broker and the funny thing is he don’t even use it. I’ve experienced my balance dropping in the negative even though price didn’t move. Just simply closing the trade at break even put me at hundreds in the negative. No I was not holding over night and it’s not swap fees. Just system malfunction. I was frustrated because I missed the opportunity waiting for them to credit my account and ofc they’re not liable for that. The withdrawal process takes forever. I promise they want u to trade and lose the money while ur wait for ur withdrawal.

Another update.....

Still ignoring multiple emails from myself and my lawyers.

My lawyer contacted them on there website chat, he advised the person who replied that he was after their legal teams email because customer support and the compliance team were ignoring him....the chat went quiet and got no reply.

X1trade think they can hide behind their computers while fraudulently ripping people off out of earned money. You have 2 addresses listed under your business. I guess the the first 2 places the authorities will visit.

I made some profit on a 1x trade, and after that I received an email from your side asking me to change my trading style and provide documents for account verification. However, my identity was already verified before.

Now you have asked me to submit my ID card (front and back), a selfie with the ID card, and a bank statement. I have already provided all the required documents.

At the moment, I am waiting for your response until tomorrow morning. I will update everyone about my experience after that.

More of a question to the company than a true review. I saw a few reviews that stated your company does not accept clients from the U.S however you accepted me and my girlfriend on 2 separate accounts. I assume that when either of us make big profits you will take the money because we are from the U.S and that would be a breach of your services? Based on what I’m reading that is what I am expecting. Feel free to tell me otherwise before I start trading.

As a new user at 1xtrade I had very good and fast support from MiaG helping me to connect my account with MetaTrader 5

Honestly I’ve traded with this broker before I’ve sent money on here and it cleared very fast the only thing I’ve never done is withdrawal I want to deposit 5k and start scalping day trading on here but idk if that will make the broker block my account please help someone
